The food here is amazing, BUT...Iâm extremely disappointed in the online service I received as well as the customer service when There was a problem finding my order. This place gets so busy and pack that I decided to try the online order because I noticed that when people used it they were just able to walk in and pick up their order and leave. So I placed my order at 7:22pm, it showed my order would be ready for pickup by 7:52pm. I get there and itâs now 8pm, they canât even find my food. So they tell me 5 more minutes and theyâll have it ready for me....10 more minutes come and gone by...itâs now 8:15 PM and I go to check why Iâm still waiting for my food that I placed online almost an hour ago and they still couldnât find my food. Almost 8:20 PM they find my food while Iâm sitting there watching they say that it hasnât been very long and I asked for fresh since it had been sitting there and I said oh it hasnât been sitting there very long. So instead of getting my order to remade immediately They hand me semi-warm food and theyâre not even apologizing for any of this. I will not use the online service again because of this issue I now know that if I want the food I have to go there and wait in the very long line that I couldâve gotten my food a lot...
Read moreBad tacos, great birria quesadillas and great customer service.
Was there on a Friday night. It was super busy so that's always promising. Off the bat we were grated by one of the servers, she was friendly throughout our visit. We waited a bit to order. I asked for a water cup and was given a seven oz cup. Charge me for a cup if you want but dont give me a tiny cup. That's just a waste of plastic.
Okay so our order is brought to our table, again super friendly server. It was 3 adults, so we ordered a little of everything. We ordered 2 small birria quesadillas, asada tacos, pastor taco, tripa taco, birria taco and a pastor mulita. The portions are bigger than your average street taco, but unfortunately the taste just wasn't there. Pastor was probably the worst followed by the asada. The tripa taco, was the right amount of crispy and pretty good. The mulita was not good because of the pastor meat. The birria taco, just okay. The birria quesadilla is the reason I'll come back. It was huge, full of flavor, super cheesy and extra crispy.
They also serve each taco in an individual small plate which I thought was weird. Overall it was okay. I wont go out of my way to come here again, but if I'm on this side of town I'll definitely stop in for a birria...
