Very rude staff. Tried to pick up two UberEats orders, and the wait in the drive-thru line was horrendously long...in excess of 20 minutes. When I finally reached the speaker to advise of the orders, I was asked to hold on. A few more minutes passed, and I said, "Hello?" The female employee stated in a very snippy tone, "Hold on. I said I will be right with you." I asked what is taking so long as I have been waiting for twenty minutes. The employee replied, "I don't care.If you don't like it, you can leave." Becoming immediately infuriated, I responded, "Look! I am just needing to pick up two UberEats deliveries and don't need your persnickedy attitude." I drove up to the window. None of the staff acknowledged me. ALL just looked at me through the glass, one cupping her hand and pressing up against the glass to, I guess get a better look at me and walking away. Not one opened the window to tell me update me on my order or the cause of the delay even after knocking on the window.
If it were not for a customer behind me, I would have never known about the the system being down, which seems to be a herbitual problem with Wendy's as this is the second night in a row this has happened, and I have had to cancel my deliveries.
I am just appalled by the rude disposition of the staff. I will never eat at this particular store as a customer as I will not tolerate being disrespected and dismissed by someone who obviously hates her job and/or her life.

I was happy there was no line in the drive thru and found out why. I ordered a salad with cranberries or maybe strawberries, it sounded really good. I think it may have been a spring salad. When I drove up to the window I was informed they had run out of the salad dressing that goes with the salad and offered me Ranch or Caesar. The problem is, I had been eating a lot of salads lately using Ranch and Caesar at home. I was really looking forward to a different tasting salad. So I was disappointed and asked if instead I could have a refund. The worker seemed confused and went to tell the manager. You could hear the disbelief of the male manager as he loudly repeated "she wants a refund?" So the manager came to the window and pretending he was going to hand me the money. He instead threw it at me and it landed everywhere inside my car!!! He quickly spun around and rushed away. I was so shocked, I have never experienced such rude behavior from any fast food establishment, and thought my request for a refund was not unreasonable. I asked the very young male working the window for the manager's name but he refused. I just drove away thinking I would post the complaint sooner. She didnāt even ask me how may I help you? She had a whole complete attitude.
