My husband ordered from this Wendy’s this morning, which I went to pickup it per our usual routine. If I could give this location zero stars all across-the-board, I would. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have an order for Justin K then after showing them screenshots the woman at the register finally admitted that they already given it away, that my only options would be to cancel my order and to go home. I told her that was unacceptable and that they needed to make our order. It is not my fault that they gave away our $30 worth of food. She kept telling me it wasn’t their fault though and told me I needed to listen to her because I wasn’t understanding what happened, which I replied, I fully understand you have given my order away. She then loudly screamed at me that she wouldn’t tolerate my behavior and to get out of her store. I told her I wouldn’t and she could call the cops to explain their mistake. She continued to screamed at me to leave when finally her GM came out and told her to calm down/go to the back. She VIOLENTLY threw her headset into the stations in the back as she mumbled away. The GM tried to apologize and remake our food. None of the order is correct, we didn’t get drinks and I’ve never been more embarrassed in my life. All I wanted to do was shrivel up and die with the way they treated me. The indecency and blunt disrespect for their customers is appalling. Wendy’s WAS my favorite fast food restaurant, but this druggy filled location will for ever be scarred into my memory as the most mortifying experience. I didn’t curse, call them names or treat them with an ounce of disrespect. All I asked was for them to take responsibility for their mistake and give me my order. PLEASE close this location down, the staff is terrifyingly demoralizing and clearly incompetent to even check orders properly. Wendy’s they are wasting your product and tarnishing your good name. Thank you for making Chick-fil-A number one fast food restaurant, take some...
Read moreI don’t even want to give a star but- you know we have to, to make the review! •The customer service is horrible. The manager Sabra is very rude. The staff just stares at you like you’re incompetent. It smells like piss when you walk in. The floor behind the counter was dirty, trash littered and food all over the floor. The issue: My husband and I came in and ordered two baconator meals. He checked the food to make sure we got what we ordered and it looked like the cook took 3 pieces of bacon and tore them up and put them on the burgers. My husband let the cashier know, and she didn’t know what to do, (she didn’t seem to know a lot, she didn’t even know what apple pay was?) she called over the Manager: Sabra, and she was rude. Said this is how it’s supposed to be, that this is the appropriate amount of bacon that’s supposed to be on the burger. She did say she would re make the sandwich if it was that big of an issue. My husband explained any other time we’ve been there’s been more bacon than three small slices of bacon and that we paid $22.00 for the food and he just wanted the proper bacon that was missing. She gave some attitude and Made it very apparent that she didn’t want to accommodate. There were 6 other people in the restaurant, waiting in line, not being served. (At least 4 other employees came to see what we were asking, and not helping the other customers) she Told us to wait, (we did patiently) and walked away muttering under her breath to the employees that had gathered and when it was done she still had attitude- and I guess you could say, forcefully handed the box to me. I thanked her, she said nothing- just walked away muttering under her breath again. She was radiating attitude and You could tell she didn’t want to be there, and the staff didn’t want to be there. Bad management and a Slacking ‘team’.. Someone needs an attitude check. If this was my ‘team’ I’d be very embarrassed and very...
Read moreWhat happened was first the restaurant was fairly slow and we’re ordering for about 6 people. No one came to the register and finally got a manager to call someone over. When we ordered the gentleman (name omitted) was saying “oh that’s gonna take a LOOOOONG time” and kept repeating that repeatedly. When they asked for a name my brother said his (Harry) the gentleman made a rude face and went “what a nice name” and laughed. My brother has had a lot of bullying for his name so it isn’t a surprise. After that it did take a long time and customers after us got their order. When we finally got our order we went home and seen that the deluxe double cheeseburger was only a single patty and missing most condiments. When we called the manager (Andrew) said that we were probably confused with the Cave Creek store. I contacted Twitter and Twitter had Andrew call my mom, he apologized and said he’d refund the order. We go back for the order a couple weeks later and Andrew is off but Gabriel is working. We wait a long time as they make calls, ask us lots of questions about the time of day, when, etc seeing if HE believes the story. He tells me “stall me who in this store did it? Point to who it was and I’ll fire them on the spot.” I responded that’s very toxic and hostile. When I finally ask if he is going to help out or not, because I’d rather leave and get food elsewhere if not. He says no, I go to walk away but realize I never got his name. I ask his name and he tells me he won’t give it to me. I repeat that I only need his first name. He tells me “I’m refusing service to you, I’m going to call the cops” and gets out the phone. My mom is very upset so she calls back and they REFUSE to say his name once again. He finally told us his name and was shouting over her telling her “Now YOU listen!” Which is when we...
