Yogi's Grill — Restaurant in Phoenix

I have been going to Chipotle for years, always glancing across to this restaurant as I eat. It always looked like the average teriyaki restaurant. No way it could be good any better than the rest. Just meat with sweet teriyaki poured on it. So we never tried it. As time passed, the positive reviews piled up and we couldn't NOT try it. Tonight we finally gave in and tried teriyaki beef and chicken with vegetables. It was exactly as we had expected. Neither the chicken nor the beef seemed marinated with any flavor. Just grilled. They didn't really seem fresh either. I don't know if canned beef/chicken is a thing, but I'll guess it is. The veggies were just steamed. No garlic or ginger or anything like that. For ~$9.30 after taxes, probably not worth it. The service was great and seemed to be friendly with...

Not the best experience. I was picking up an order for me and co-workers who also share punch cards for their visit. Well, we placed an order for 2 separate order and handed the gentleman our punch cards. He said it was only 1 per visit. Which we are picking up 2 different orders.. the gentleman wouldn’t allow us both to receive a punch on our “punch cards”. Apparently, my co-workers need to pick up her own order, in order to receive a punch on her “loyalty punch card” due to policy.

Very disappointing experience..

We come to this location here at least twice a week. It’s never been an issue before.. my thought is, if it’s a “policy” it should be enforced in the beginning not after 12 visits..

Better customer service or even an apology for the inconvenience would...

My boyfriend and I just left Yogi's grill. We walked in about 15 minutes to closing to order some Valentine's Day dinner to go since we both worked late. When we walked in one of the employee's wearing jeans and grey converse shoes was clearly annoyed and rolled her eyes. We ordered our food and while we waited she angrily mopped all around us. When we got our food she unlocked the door and scowled at us as we walked out then as she closed the door she made a face at us. She was COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional.
