I usually order from here on a regular basis and their food was good at first. Just had the worst experience and will never order from there again. Paid for delivery and a tip through door dash, only to find out chips were not included with my $10 guacamole and they also were out of the cake that I ordered but simply crossed it off the receipt. I called and talked to a young kid who was extremely rude to me, told me he called to tell me they were out of the cake (he didn’t) and that he refunded me (he didn’t) and the only option was to come pick the food up myself despite the fact I just paid for delivery, or get $1 off my next order. I told him that was not acceptable, there would be no next order and he owed me over $10 worth of food. He ended up hanging up on me. I called back and talked to a manager who apologized and said I could come pick up the food. I did. The same kid was wearing his mask as a chin strap, told me to “enjoy my free food” ( that I paid for) and when I told him another place had just opened up down the street so he should learn how to treat their customers, he responded saying their food wasn’t as good and they didn’t want me coming back anyway. Bet. It’s also worth mentioning that in the dessert case there actually was a piece of the cake I ordered that they claimed to be out of. Also they charge $2 extra for shrimp on their tacos which had exactly two shrimp on it, and $5 for shrimp in their chimichangas which had exactly 3 shrimp in that. I will not go there again as it’s clear they do not value the people who have been paying their bills all these months. He’s also very lucky I’m 7 months pregnant and couldn’t jump over the counter when he got nasty and laughed at me....
Read moreWhen I asked our waitress why the check was different than the price on the menu she said you ordered three. I said yea but 3 times $3.25 is $9.75. She just kept saying we charge $11.50 for three tacos. Makes no sense at all.
Then another lady came over and said 3 Quesabirrias is our combo special. Oh...what comes with the combo because I just had three tacos on a plate with some dipping sauce. Her reply...wait for it...nothing else. My question to her was then why are you calling it a 'combo' if nothing else is coming with the tacos?
My wife ordered a grilled vegetable salad bowl that arrived without a single grilled vegetable. Just lots of lettuce on top of some rice and black beans.
Ambiance: We sat outside on the porch area. There were 6 of us in the group and where I sat I had a plant on my neck the entire time.
Overall I thought the food was OK, but the service was horrible. It was bad enough that I'm taking time to write this review. But it wasn't just me. The other 5 folks in our party felt the same way.

Read moreMy sister and I decided to visit the place, we drove 40 minutes since the boss that I work for really enjoyed the food. My sister loves quesabirria tacos so I decided to take her today 2/24/23. Customer service was the worst. I ordered my food without cilantro and onion since I really don’t like it. The server said no problem and my sister ordered hers with everything. I get my plate and the server goes “we added cilantro and onion to yours by accident, can you eat it like that?” I said no ma’am, I really don’t like it. Can you remake it?. She insisted and I found that very unprofessional. How can you force the people who give you business to eat something they genuinely do not like? What if someone was allergic, is he/she supposed to eat cuz you guys insist? Five minutes later after she told me she’d remake it, she comes back and says again “can you just eat it like that?” I’m sorry what? If you don’t want to make my food that is fine. She got mad and walked away and brought what I wanted. My experience was not enjoyable. After that she said it would be 27 dollars. My sister was like can we split the bill? I said sure. The lady charged me 19 dollars and she charged my sister 17. How does that equal 27 dollars? So now you over charge me? I was very disappointed. ¿Puedes rehacerlo?.
