McDonald's — Restaurant in Picayune

I have known for a while that this location has went down hill but my experience today was on a new level. I used the kiosk which is preferred by the employees and still watched 3 other people who ordered after me with orders 3&4 times the size of mine come and go first. I understand if that food is already prepared after all it is fast food but mine was far from fresh ish in fact the 1 thing I ordered was a sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin and even then the muffin was burnt and the sausage and egg wasn't more than warm and the cheese was cold and the employees were moving as if they had been the freezer for 2 days themselves! Absolutely zero enthusiasm from anyone that was working ( this is not unusual at thos location ) but I watched 5 other people complain about the food and service while I waited for my Mcmuffin. Honestly if I were the owner I'd probably attempt replace the entire morning staff if they didn't pick up the pace and quality of the entire situation after a pep talk! I will spend the extra time and gas to drive across town to the north location for a way better experience...

I always have bad experiences at this establishment, but this time was the worst. I came with 2 friends, and we ordered with no problems. We all paid, got our receipts, and sat down. After 15 minutes, our food still wasn't ready. We went to the register and asked about it, and they asked to see our receipts because THEY NEVER SENT OUR ORDERS TO THE KITCHEN TO BE MADE. We had to wait another 5 minutes to finally get our food. I finally got my tray, only to find out they didn't give me fries with my combo meal. I went back to the register again and finally had my complete order. I sat down to overcooked chicken strips, waaaaay too sweet tea, and bland, hard, cold fries. I don't think you understand how hard these fries were. My friend literally stabbed a hole through his McNugget box with one. The black lady manager with short hair was very nice. The other older woman with frizzy hair was very rude. I know it's sad that I have nothing better to do than complain online about McDonald's, but this...

Wanna give 2 stars but the lady in the first drive through window was nice and had a good attitude. When trying to get breakfast on 07/2/2025 I ordered a large caramel frappe which took them about ten minutes to make and the lady that took my order took about 5 minutes to take my order. I also thanked them when I received my order and the lady rudely walked away without saying anything. I had someone with me also go inside the store and one lady that worked in there yelled at a older customer and wouldn't help him figure out how to use the app in which I understand it's not their job but it always nice to be kind.😁 All in all the girl at the first drive through window took my payment and was very nice and professional so she's the reason I gave three stars despite all the negativity.
