Horrible horrible horrible!! First of all who has a playground that only let's 3 year olds or younger in there but any older it's not allowed??!! I was here last week and had the staff tell me that my son and daughter could not play. So my youngest was left with no one to play with, and to make matters even worse when we were already getting our stuff to go a very weird rude lady who I later come to find out was only a customer, has the nerve to tell me about my son and daughter being to old to play at the playground! When I spoke to the employees and supervisor at the time all they told me was, oh sorry unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the customer saying anything to you about your children but said they would talk to upper management about the age situation for the playground area. I was very disappointed with the way they made me and my children feel unwelcomed and very uncomfortable. So just a warning if you have any kids who are over 3 years old don't let them go there to play because not only will they be asked to get out of the playground area but you might get some weirdos who have nothing better to do with there lives and just sit there facing the playground area and watching your kids play. To me that is totally creepy and I don't think anyone should feel like that when taking there kids to any type of restaurant or fast food place especially a new one to the city. I would have at least thought they would have offered us some sort of compensation for the way they made my kids feel. And even if it wasn't something free just a simple discount for the emotional feeling that a kid can get from having to feel like they aren't welcomed somewhere would have been the professional thing to do. I am a supervisor at a local store also here in the city of pico rivera and my customers would never have to deal with a situation like that, and if they were in anyway not satisfied or felt they were being unwanted and uncomfortable I definitely would have been trying my best to see that they walk out with a smile and are satisfied with...
Read moreI was really happy when they put this here in my home town. In the beginning it was really good. Then I started experiencing my order being wrong. I always give the Benefit of the doubt and continued to going to this location. I always spend about $50-$70 when I go because I order for my whole family and always get the combo meals. When I went on November 24th, 2021 I order the same thing I always get and the worker who took my order Repeated it to me and it was correct so I paid with my debit card went to the window and discovered that I was missing one fry and one drink to go with my combos the worker who is giving me my order told me that I only paid for four combos and not five which doesn’t make any sense why would I order four combos and not five when I always order the same thing. They wanted to charge me for the extra fry and drink when I specifically told the worker who took my order what I wanted and when they repeated my order back to me.I asked to speak to the manager she came out she looked a little young and didn’t know how to handle customer service and make us happy she told me sorry but we have to charge you because they keep track of the orders. We cannot accommodate you I was very unhappy because this was not my mistake they should have been able to accommodate me apologize and let me be on my way instead they may be very unhappy and not wanting to come here anymore. I have lived in this city in my whole life my children are being raised here my parents and their parents were raised here.
