Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

To whom it may concern.

I've ordered 5 TMobile Tuesdays coupons through the Popeyes app and after the my meals were accepted at this location I headed over here. About 10 miles drive. I ordered pick up but paper signs indicates drive thru only, so after my family and I spent over 1 hour waiting in the drive thru they said they were not granting the orders. I asked for what's going to happen? The lady in the intercom said "you're not getting it" or something around those words. I asked if they could give us vouchers since our coupons have been prossed and we weren't getting them back and they she responded "No". No solution what so ever was suggested. After I spoke to the employees at the window they explained they weren't aware of this and they couldn't validate the l orders. I asked for the managers name and the name of Wuatani was giving. Whom ever was on the intercom was very unprofessional addressing this. I usually don't complaint about stuff like this but after spending over 2 hours getting here and going back home, it really irritated me a lot. I told the employees I don't blame them but this is very unfair. I wouldn't minded spending my money to buy the Chicken so we could eat but that lady's unprofessional manner of addressing this didn't persuade me into spending my money here. Came to eat here with my family the girl who took our order (tall girl with brown messy hair, a piercings on her lip, tattoos on her arm and a heart tattoo on her face by her eye I believe, and glasses unfortunately didn’t get her name) wasn’t paying attention at all. She proceeded to mess up my moms order twice had to get the manager involved which luckily he was a big help but he continued to let this incompetent employee slide. She then refused to to give us our sauce for free which was supposed to come with our orders of tenders and charged us anyways. She then messed up all our order. The manager continued to apologize for her and help us but basically let her get away with it. It wasn’t just us we got to witness 2 other families who were here after us got there orders messed up as well. Honestly wasn’t sure if the girl was slow or she just didn’t care but overall terrible service. Don’t come here! Trust me other than the terrible service they are extremely slow. I wish I would have got that incompetent employees name but if she reads this she know who she it. 100% don’t recommend and won’t...

First: I come back for the chicken, it's delicious and no complaints there. But it's not always FAST food and inventory isn't reliable.

I stop here maybe once a month or two. The employees are polite but it's a frustrating situation when you're expecting to just drive through somewhere and they either ask you to wait or don't have what you want at all. Not uncommon to be told that they're out of mild pieces, or that it'll be a wait of 10-15 minutes if I want those items. They're also usually out of desserts.

Once I drove out front to wait for my meal. I was trying to be patient and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes, after which I went inside to ask what was up. I had to wait longer for my food while they tried to figure out how I had been completely overlooked (and this was all before The Chicken Sandwich). They offered only an apology and my order, which I got over an hour after I had first pulled into the drive thru. I wouldn't never expected that to happen, but...
