I went today, and I go all the time. Frequently 3 times a week plus. And today I place an order over the phone, she says 10 min. I get there in 15 and I walk in and tell her I placed a phone order. She goes oh shoot and grabs the order off the tablet and puts it in front the cook, even the cook was upset because she didn’t put the order in.
So I say, it’s not ready? She says a little bit with finger movements. No words!! I said I called and placed the order because I’m in a hurry. You told me 10 min. No apology. No acknowledgment nothing.
Order comes out she packs it. Hands it to me. No thank you. No nothing. Still no apology.
I get home my kids chili fries were halfway cooked, cold chili to where the cheese wasn’t even melted. And my sons fries were half empty.
In 4 years since I’ve been going there never have I ever been treated like this!
I call and she tells me because I was rude!
How was I rude? Because I asked if it’s ready? Because I told you I called because I was in a hurry?
Or you were rude because you made a mistake and didn’t put the order in? All it is is an IM SORRY ABOUT THAT !!!! Especially knowing I’m a frequent customer ? I spend a pretty decent amount of money here monthly for this????? So...
Read moreThe flavor of the food had changed but because it's so close to home I continued going. After today, I will not be going back ever again. And will definitely not recommend it. I ordered onion rings not too crispy. When I got home, I noticed they had not been cooked thoroughly. They were for my daughter. After trying one, she got upset and threw them out. I called the establishment and was told, "oh yea I noticed they weren't fully cooked but since you said not crispy that's the way we cook them". I asked her if she noticed why she didn't say anything. At that point she said, "bring them back so I can give you new ones". I told her I had thrown them out and would not be able to. She said she will not be able to replace them if I didn't give back the ones she had given me. I told her it wasn't fair because I didn't have them. She said "ok" and hung up the phone. Read moreI have been a customer there for many years and I have never had a problem, but I went in this Friday with my husband and ordered a carne asada plate and some French toast to go. I literally had to wait 1 HOUR to get my food. When my husband asked the cashier a lady who looked to be 30 years old with black hair and with tattoos on her arm, why it had taken an hour to get our food, the cashier very rudely and disrespectful told us that she wasn't the one cooking the food. We simply asked her a question without being rude, there was no reason for her to treat us that way. I work at a restaurant as well and that is not the way to treat a customer. We are never returning to this place again and I will let my friends and family know as well not to go there anymore. We were very disappointed and I hope no one goes through that...
