I was looking for gluten free options. The menu said vegan and gluten free options. Because of the wording I asked the woman at the counter if I was able to get regular pepperoni and real cheese on a gluten free crust. She said I could. I said okay great because I definitely do not want vegan pizza. She let me know the custom order would take 17 minutes. Okay that's fine. I confirm one more time that they will put real cheese and pepperoni on the pizza. She again confirms. So I wait. Around 30 minutes later my pizza comes out. One look and smell and it's clearly not real meat or cheese. I take it back to her and she insists that it is. The guy from the kitchen comes out and I ask him. He looks confused and sends out a lady who may have been a manager. She informs me that the gf pizza is only available as also vegan. I've had vegan cheese. It's disgusting. And the vegan pepperoni smelled like dog food. I eat dairy and meat regularly so this isn't something I would have wasted my money or time on. I never would have ordered. That's why I asked first. More than once. At this point it was near closing so I didn't have time to find another food option. I watched my 10 family and friends eat their pizza and I went back to our cabin hungry with no dinner. If you need pizza with no gluten, dairy, or meat. Then this is the place for you. Food was good but over priced. 9.99 - 10.99 for a small personal pizza. They had one person checking people out and there was no hurry up in his step at all. What should have been a very quick option for lunch took longer then the rides. You pay for your food and walk over to a container that has the food already made. Had the kid had some getty up in his step it would have gone a lot faster. He kept stoping and talking with people outside the window and eating his own pizza while taking payments. During lunch or dinner times there should be more then one person taking payments. The trash cans were all full and over flowing. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Condensation was leaking for the air conditioning ducts,, and it wasn't a little, right where they were bringing to food to the counter. Nobody wants that dripping on their food. They put pizzas and garlic knots on the warmers that were burnt and were upset when customers didn't want them. The service was terrible as the kitchen staff had no customer service skills at all. Generally ignored us and we rude when we told them we didn't want burn pizza or garlic knots. This is not what we would expect from or have ever experienced at Dollywood. My hope is Dolly gets this review and does something to correct it, as I know that she expects excellent A1...
