YUCK, YUCK, YUCK! I stopped here to pick up a 1/4 pounder w/cheese and small fries. It was around 7:45 pm. The women who took my order was very rude. I special ordered my burger to make sure I got a hot, fresh one. Person who took my money had the personality of a rock. No hello, no order total, no thank you, no eye-contact not even 1/2 a smile. A robot would have made a better impression. When I got my food at the next window, the fries were ice cold. When I told the server, she said "I suppose you want fresh ones?" YEAH. She took the fries out of the bag and handed me back the burger. I asked what I was supposed to do with it, wasn't the burger going to get cold waiting for the fries? She said "You can start eating it in your car." I said no, I came through the drive-thru so I could eat at home where it's warm. She than said "I suppose you want a fresh burger too?" DEFINITELY, THAT'S WHY I SPECIAL ORDERED IT. The employee proceeded to tell me that if you order extra anything on it they just open one up and "throw on some extra." So I sat in my car about 7 or 8 minutes waiting for new food. Now the fries were hard, burnt and dropping oil and the burger was still cold! I just moved to Pigeon Forge and live just up the road. This is the closest fast food place near me. But I will never go back! $9 for food that would have wound up in the trash! I'll drive another 5 minuets to go to 5 guys. At least I know my food will be fresh and...
Read moreI usually never have any issues here, but the manager working on 10/15 around 1:30–2:00 p.m. was extremely rude — not only to me, but also to the younger employee working the front. I understand it was a busy time, but the manager’s comment was completely unnecessary.
I had placed a curbside mobile order and waited about 15 minutes after arriving, even after entering my parking spot number. When no one brought out my order, the app instructed me to go inside. There was a line, which I didn’t mind waiting in since I knew they were busy.
When I got to the counter, they couldn’t locate my order and even asked if I had paid for it. Then the manager said, “It’s probably the mobile order that’s been sitting there for 30 minutes that nobody every picked up,” in a very dismissive tone. The employee at the front was polite and even apologized for the manager’s comments, but it was clear he was under stress and being treated disrespectfully as well.
After waiting a total of about 30 minutes, I ended up with cold food for lunch. Unfortunately, this experience has really changed my view of this location. I hope management can address the situation — especially how employees and customers are...
Read moreAbsolute worst customer service. Heard a group of employees talking behind the wall but no one ever came out to greet or check on guests. We ended up using the kiosk to order. While waiting for our order we observed not one, but TWO managers walking out into the lobby. Walked right by us and even made eye contact with one. Not a single word or hello from either. Wearing that colored polo is shameful with their type of professionalism. Once our order was ready it was placed on the "mobile order" counter by another employee. Yet the employee never asked if this was our order, called our number or name out. We were the only guests in the whole restaurant. We grabbed our order and I made the comment that not one single employee in that establishment said a single word to us. That's when someone from behind the wall yelled "have a nice day". That impudent comment summarize the leadership at this location. Management on the district and regional level need to reevaluate the value of their...
