I had a very disappointing experience today. I visited with my family, and only the drive-thru was open. I ordered a vegetarian meal and was helped by Diane at the drive-thru. I specifically requested everything without meat and made sure to ask for refried beans. Diane had difficulty hearing me, so I spoke louder, but then she told me to stop yelling. As I tried to confirm my order was vegetarian, she kept cutting me off by saying “next” and didn’t directly answer my questions.
When we got to the window and paid, we checked our order as we always do. Sure enough, everything had meat in it. Diane closed the window and walked away, ignoring us. After a while, she realized the mistake and asked for the food back, even though we had already opened it to check. She replaced the order, but when I asked for more fire sauce (we had six items and only got five sauces), she refused and closed the window, saying “bye, have a nice day” with an attitude.
While we waited for more sauce, she opened the employee exit door and told the car behind us that we were "entitled pricks." Then, she proceeded to call the police on us. Yes correct police. When the police arrived, they agreed with us on the situation, but even then, Diane refused to give the officers the extra sauce for us.
I’ve never felt so disrespected by a Taco Bell employee before, especially for simply ordering vegetarian food. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like this has happened, but it’s never been this extreme. To make things worse, one of the employees on the food line even stopped by the window to flip me off during all of this.
The worst part? Diane repacked the food we had to touched and opened back into a new bag, likely for the next customer. That's incredibly unhygienic. Taco Bell, this is unacceptable on many levels. Your employees and management should be better trained. Attached a photo of the employee Diana, which might definitely need a refresher on food services.

Incredibly unappetizing to say the least 🤢🤮 my DOG who loves sniffing out my food was even uninterested 🙄🤮 Whoever made & packaged our food is most definitely the type to prepare your food after using the bathroom without washing their hands, which I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case for our order! You undoubtedly will get FOOD POISONING if you were to eat this food. Soft Taco Meat hard as a rock & cold (& there's only 5 minuscule pieces of chicken inside) tortilla is HARD as if it’s been sitting out in stale air when it’s supposed to be a SOFT TACO. Beans in the bean burritos are HARD, DRY & COLD. When we go to a different Taco Bell 20 minutes away and get home it’s still warm — HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE for THIS food to be cold when this Taco Bell is LESS than 10 minutes away?? Now we don’t get to eat the food we just WASTED so much money on. HORRIBLE workers, they don’t even ATTEMPT to make your food fresh let alone heat it up. Read moreVery disorganized restaurant. We waited in line over 20 mins to move forward 2 cars to menu to order. At the menu/speaker management had placed a handwritten sign regarding about 7 items they were out of. At this point we could not get out of line. The TB employee ask if she could take our order then added another item they were out of steak. We placed an order. When we got to the window the combo we ordered was supposed to have came with a large drink, we were gave a medium because they were then out of large cups. The large tea we ordered was also a medium, without ice because they didn't have ice. We told them to refund the money for the tea because I didn't want to drink hot tea. As for the drinks ordered large received medium without a discount. They refunded the whole order after we waited 35 minutes for food. We told them no, we want the food just wanted a refund on the tea. We had to then wait on them to prepare our food. The employee wat the window was rude as was the manager. The food was mediocre at best. Oh and the Mountain Dew had ice....yet they were out of ice for the tea, and the Mountain Dew was ordered with NO ice. We will never go to...
