Update on 2023 Dec: Still take out only, no dining service. Very friendly employee. We ordered online ahead of time, otherwise it would be a 30-40 min wait time. It's a popular place!! Will still recommend this place!
Takeout only! No dine-in service.
We ordered some items online from their lunch special menu ($8-$9), and food was ready at the promised estimated time for pick up. There were also a few other customers there waiting on their food for pick up, so this place seemed quite popular.
The spring roll that came with the lunch special was good; aligned with our expectations. Their egg drop soup was better than our expectations! Very tasty!
The rice that came with the rice dishes was brown rice. We didn’t get prompted to make a selection for the type of rice, and were surprised to find out the dishes came with brown rice (we loved it). The portions for lunch specials were reasonable. We had Kung Pao and Ginger Shrimp and both were pretty good.
We also ordered a non-lunch special item, Lo Mein (Soft Noodles). It was meh… we definitely have had better Lo Mein before. Not a lot of toppings and also fairly bland. If you want something light in flavor, maybe this would be a great dish for you. If not, don’t order this dish.
Overall, their food was okay. They offer A LOT of different dishes including Chinese, Thai, Malay, Hibachi, etc. It's worth giving them a try and ordering a few different items and hopefully you will find some dishes that your taste buds will...
Read moreSo glad we discovered this place! The last day of stay in the Smokies, we wanted to find a meal that could "travel" from PF to our cabin about 20 minutes away. Our daughter wanted something with noodles, and we had been hankering for classic Chinese fare anyways, so it was perfect solution. She got beef lo-mein, son got chicken pad Thai, plus general tso chicken, beef Hunan, and an order of chicken fried rice. Great value! Easily fed 4 starving people, with enough leftovers for 2-3 meals. All for around $50. That's fantastic math and probably the best deal in the smokies for feeding a lot of people. It was all served take-out in really nice plastic containers for good storage. We were surprised at how warm everything was when we got to the cabin. Food quality was fantastic. Just what we were hoping for. Really good variety of flavors, lots of veggies added, the chicken fried rice had huge pieces of chicken throughout, low mein noodles were super fresh and authentic. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to feed a large family on a budget. I hope they get plenty of business so we can eat from them again next year! Plus this place seemes "local", and small business family owned. Not some big corporate chain. The staff was super nice as well. I don't take time to do many Google reviews, so the fact I spent time doing this one, should...
Read moreAmazingly delicious food. Tried every dish at the table and they were well executed. Even something you think would be ho-hum, like sweet and sour shrimp, came out lip-smackingly good. The shrimp were cooked to tender perfection, with a tasty, light batter and the sauce (also a cut above) came on the side so the shrimp didn't get soggy. Spicy soups and curries were to die for, and all the vegetables were fresh and flavorful (as in, they tasted like high quality vegetables, not just some cheap produce drowned in sauce). I'm pretty sure the dumplings were homemade - who even does that any more? You can tell there is someone in the kitchen who cares about cooking things to order and not taking short cuts. This place was so good, we came back twice during a short trip to Pigeon Forge because there was nothing else we even wanted to eat after tasting this. Also, the servers were so kind and on the ball. They brought fresh steamed broccoli to our baby so she'd have something to gum while we all ordered. Wish this restaurant would...
