*Update, in reply to the restaurant's response, they bring up a fair point, I added a star. I wish there was an option for a half of a star as I would add 1/2 more as well... However, I don't feel comfortable making my review a 4 star review. As previously mentioned in my review, I want to give the benefit of the doubt and would strongly consider adding a 4th star depending on my next experience.
I ordered sushi from here for the first time and while the food was really good, their pricing went up ever since it became kosher, which usually happens unfortunately. The food was quick to get, however the service wasn't friendly at all. Like very unfriendly. That's a big turnoff for me when I find new places to try. Read moreThis use to be our favorite place to eat or order from. After a few recent complaints to the restaurant we were advised by the restaurant that the owners changed. Now everything makes sense. The last few times we ordered here, the food tasted completely different, because we ordered here so much we thought, it was just “a bad night” . After the second failed order, we thought what’s going on? So I had my husband pick up our order. My husband made a complaint to the restaurant about our previous orders and was told, they aren’t owned by the same owners anymore.
The Kani salad was tasteless and the cucumbers were mushy and watery.
The crab cheese wontons , had a completely different taste and no longer comes with the house made sweet and sour sauce.
The “old court roll” use to come with real crab meat, now it comes with immitation crab however the price has increased.

Depending on who the chef is depends on what goes in the roll (rather than sticking to the menu). The past few times I have called my order in I would just specify how I would like my rolls made as I did not know which chef was working... well, to start off, the young black girl that answers the phone and works the floor is the rudest person I have ever met.m, and it's like that every time I visit. Well, when I call my order in this past weekend and specified how I wanted my rolls, she gave me soooo much unnecessary attitude over the phone. And when I arrived to pick it up 20 min later, she forgot to put the order in so it was never made. I have noticed a decline in customers and customer service since the switch.
