If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am so beyond disappointed. My first time here I walk in and sit down, the nail tech didn't even let me look at the gel colors he insisted I get a white French or white and pink ombré. I've always wanted to try ombré so I said yes that's fine. He starts asking all the nail techs how to do ombré and even called his wife asking her. He did my pinky nail and I didn't not like it, it was not ombré at all. It's was half pink half white, no fade. I said no thank you, I don't like that. He took it off and insisted that I try a darker pink. So I gave it a try and again my nail was half and half not ombré. He went back and forth with me that it was. I said let's stick with a solid color. So I picked the safe option bubble bath, you can't go wrong! First of all, he kept burning me with the nail file I would say about 7 times. He used DIP powder like you would acrylic powder, with a brush and acetone. I was thinking in my head, I've had dip powder before and you use a totally different technique where you dip the nail in the powder and then use a bonding polish. With that being said, my nails wouldn't dry. They were super soft because it was not done the correct way. He put my hands under the UV light about 7 times and they still were very soft. I asked him why my nails weren't drying and he said they were. He starting filing them with the electric file and the part of my nail where the cuticle is started chipping. At this point I'm so upset I just want to leave. He randomly said "I will charge you 65 not 75 ok, go wash your hands." I go to the sink and look at my nails and it was the worst thing I've ever seen, I kindly asked if someone else could finish my nails bc I am not happy at all. They said I would have to wait for 45 minutes. I said I cannot wait that long, and I am not paying for nails that are not even dry and bonded. The guy said ok well you aren't leaving with nails on if you aren't paying, and I said ok that's perfectly fine we can take them off. He clips my nails like the picture below and says "go, leave". I said are you really letting me leave the salon like this? He said go. So I walk out, and a nail technician was outside. She apologized to me and told me she would take my nails off the right way. She was very sweet and she saw where he cut me, and saw that my nails were not dry.. She got them off in 10 minutes since they were never dry to begin with and I thanked her. She insisted that I come back to make things right and that the owner will give me a discount and she was not here tonight. I will not be back. That was the most traumatic experience in a nail salon and the way I was treated was the worst customer service I've ever received ANYWHERE. Besides the technician that helped me at the end. Thank you for wasting two hours of my time, treating me horribly because I was not happy, and not fixing the problem and letting me walk out with chopped up nails. I cannot believe it.

So I’m new in the area, just moved from PA about a month ago and I’ve gone to this place twice now. I had my eyebrows and a pedicure done when we moved and the ladies were so nice so I thought I shld get my nails done today. When I got there, the guys was the only one without a customer so he said he wld do my nails and showed me where to sit. No hello , or what wld you like done, he just got straight to cutting and filling. After he got done I looked at my nails and was displeased because some were shorter than others, so I asked him to make them all about the same length. He got so mad and started filling my nails to the bone, I had to yank off my hand. So I asked him, why he filled them so short he said that’s what I asked for, I said no, I asked you to equalized them. So at this point he said, “I’ll go get someone else” and went to talk to a lady. They made me wait 20min, and when the lady came she was rude at first, saying “if you want your nails long, you need to pay for powder” and I explained to to her, I didn’t want long nails, I just wanted them all the same length, but the guy was rude, and was acting like I was asking for too much, and I didn’t care that they were shorter than I wanted them to be, I just wanted them to be uniform. So she looked at my nails and saw what the problem was, after that she tried to be nice but my image for the store was already tarnished and I don’t think I’ll be going back. I’ve attached a pic of my nails after he tried to file them to my bone, especially my ring finger.

Waited almost 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment, when the nail technician asked what I'm getting done I told her I'll be getting a French manicure. She did the first nail and asked me if it was what I wanted and I said that I want the lines thinner. She apparently was not happy with my response Because she rushed me and told me that she had other clients waiting (she was rushing me even though she showed me one design exactly once but got up twice to checkup on her regular costumers meanwhile, and again, all of that after I waited for 40 minutes). Because she was in a rush I didn't get the design I wanted for my wedding (I told her that I was getting them done for my wedding a day a day later). A week after I found out that my nail broke underneath, probably during the process of her rushing, and she did not fill them in properly because they started falling out less than 2 week later. I do not recommend at all, unless you're a regular they don't give a danm. if I could give this place -5 stars I would. -Not on time (wouldn't mind this if the rest was okay) -Didn't get a design because she was rushing. -She did not fill in my nails properly. -She had no problem rushing me but had time for her regulars. 👎 👎 👎

Had a welcoming experience, but lots of things went wrong. So i called early on and booked an appt for 3. Salon was very accommodating and fitting us in and getting us all handled at arrival. However, we were getting our nails done for my birthday, since I haven’t had a manicure in years and I left feeling uncomfortable, because it ended with a different woman ringing me up, who did not understand what I was saying, and kept saying my card was declined, which it wasn’t once a woman of knowledge handled it. Super embarrassing btw! 🤦‍♀️ My nail tech unsure of name however, she was very kind but I was confused why I didn’t receive the standard manicure things such as moisturizer on my dry hands. After paying and watching my toddler and my friends toddler, my friend text me and I asked why I didn’t get my hands moisturized and she said “really! I got a hot towel and moisturizer and my hands massaged” happy bday to me though lol. Oh yeah and one more thing it was super pricey for A basic acrylic and gel manicure unless my daughter who is 4 was charged a lot for hers. That was beautiful but the minute we got home cleanly came off there’s not a single streak of polish left on her nails, and all she did was wash her hands. I never called and complained because that’s obnoxious but literally $30 for a toddlers nails that all we had to show for it was a picture bc of how fast is was off. Also, my manicure was completely removed 2 days after. The acrylics chipped and softened and started completely peeling off (not normal) My nail tech did get sidetracked by a woman who came in to complain and came up to my personal appointment asking for her nails fixed so that could’ve thrown my nail tech off however, I just felt like it was unfair, and not as I’d hoped for. I’ve had many acrylic nails and even the press ons exceeded this particular place. Avoid it like the plague! Everyone said “omg where did you get them? You need to call and complain!” No thank you. Just now know to avoid. The other bad reviews...
