I know that eating in at this "buffet" is always slim pickings with very little choice of pizza, barren salad bar, and one refill per visit if you're lucky. Knowing that I order out. I've been ordering crust-less pizzas from Gattis in Pikeville for almost a year now. Tonight I call to order one and I am told by what sounded like an older gentleman that it'll be $20 which shocked me cause that is twice what I've been paying the entire time. I ask to talk to someone else cause that cant be right and they fix the order, he had me down for a large pizza. However once I get the order corrected it is $15, I've always paid $9 and some change. When I ask about a price change recently I was told that I was wrong and I haven't been paying that price for that pizza. I checked my bank account and no, that is what I have been paying, maybe your workers have been chagrin me the wrong price for almost a year, or the guy on the phone didn't know how to do his job. Either way, I wont be using this particular...
Read moreIf you don't want to actually receive what you pay for then definitely order a delivery order from Giovanni's. I ordered one time and nothing got delivered and called and I was told it wasn't their fault because they give it to DoorDash, this isn't stated on their site and they charge a delivery fee, and they don't know what happens after they hand it over. After some arguing with a manager I agreed to come pick up my order. I decided to give them a second try tonight and when the DoorDash driver got here he was missing a pizza, I asked and he said he wasn't given it. I called and was told they must have forgot but they have no way to get it to me, so I can either get refunded for the pizza or come get it. I pointed out I paid a delivery fee and tip to have it delivered and she said she would see what she could do and call me back, it's been about an hour though and I haven't heard anything so I'm not very hopeful. They have horrible customer service and don't take responsibility...
Read moreOh, I used the app to order a pizza to go which is what is suggested to you whenever you called to place the delivery. Considering I love pizza and see myself ordering multiple times getting rewards is an easy deal so I signed up. I want to preface if you’ve ever use the Hungry Howies app before this app feels like the exact same thing, but somehow worse. The only thing that I’ll tell you is that you placed an order and it’s up to you to guess when it’s ready to go pick it up. disregarding that the food was pretty good. I was slightly annoyed that it was it hard all the way through but I have to chop it down to. They were cleaning and prepare to close (2 hours before they closed). I am optimistic and do not mind chalking this initial take up to a wonky night. I believe either the best establishments sometimes...
