Sadly I cannot recommend this McDonalds.
I understand this may sound absurd, but I promise you it isnt.
About a month ago or so I placed an order recieved half the order and was asked to pull up while the rest was completed, okay, fine, no worries... except I was waiting for them to serve me 20ish minutes later and to my surprise a load of stale fries, I waited for stale fries y'all. The supervisor or manager some lady at night laughed at me and "apologized" for the wait.
Last week I spent 25min waiting at the second window for a Coke. I order a coke and was asked to pull up. (This was at 2am) Employees saw me and never once approached the window to take my payment or ask me what my order was (mind you I was the only customer in the drive thru), and to top it the supervisor or manager (they wear different colors, right?) came up to the window - looked at me - grabbed a cup and served herself a drink, drank it where she was visible to me, and then walked away.
Today Jan 21st 2020 same thing they took half my order at the speaker and then disappeared - never to be heard from again - except I had a car in front of me who's order was taken and then he drove off with his food.
It's truly infuriating because I am hardly one to complain about the quality of service and/or lack of. This McDonalds location does not deserve to advertise as a 24hr mcdonalds. They treat you horribly at night, make you wait, and count your blessings if you actually get served - anything. I get it guys, the service industry sucks, I've worked in it too, I understand, but this isnt okay. I get out of work very late, tired, and hungry. I get that I am but a small droplet in the vast ocean of people who supports McDonald's, but this is truly sad and again frustrating.

Read moreJUST THE VERY WORST RUN MCD probably anywhere. Why is the drive thru so consistently awful at this franchise? Routinely 10-15 cars deep and SO SLOW. I forget on visits home that this is such a terrible waste of time, and get stuck anew. There are PLENTY of posted complaints about it, but nothing is ever addressed. Where is the management? Regional leadership should be fired as they are stealing money with their paycheck for such incompetent operational leadership. Also, this location doesn’t honor Any Size Coffee for $1 (why?). Staff has been polite, but it’s just clear management runs this location understaffed at peak hours, and has been doing so for YEARS. Go to ANY Chik Fil-e store and they handle 2x the volume in their drive thru with only ONE lane and with only a 3 minute average wait per car after ordering. At this McDonalds, it’s 20 MINUTES, and you are often stuck in line, unable to leave. TERRIBLE. Boycott until there’s new customer-obsessed management.
UPDATING to report that FOR YEARS the management hasn’t fixed that the menu boards for the two drive thru ordering lanes are MIXXED UP, such that the order being made in Lane 1 is shown on the display of Lane 2, and vice versa. So, you might be asking for a custom Quarter Pounder with Diet Coke, but your menu boards will list to appear that you ordered a Crispy McChicken (inedible, but I digress), with large fries and large milkshake. When these were installed, the low-bid contractor apparently cross-wired the two lanes causing this to happen, and in a testament to how cheap and unconcerned with any idea of customer experience the operator is, the franchisee has never fixed it, over years.
