Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

the last 3 times I've been there the older heavy set white guy working Laredo Taco literally looks at me standing in line looking at the menu and then goes in the back and stays back there forever . it has happened three times in a row . This time I asked to speak to a manager ,but the other cashier told me that the second shift does not have a manager on duty. When the guy finally came out from the back it was 7:30 though myself and another customer had been standing there since 7:20. I tell him I would just like some chips and queso and he says they're out of queso. I said I thought you closed at 8:00 , he then says sometimes we start closing down at 7:00. Well If you're closing at 7:00 ,then take the sign out of the window that says you're open till 8:00. Change it to say you're open till 8:00 sometimes or when you feel like it And that you'll start closing down as early as you like as well. Indicate that on Google as well.I've come another day of the week and seen someone else shutting down at 7:45 but not 7:00? For a place advertised to be open till 8:00? Such, rude, horrible service. If you don't like your job, then just quit. Don't take it out on polite customers for absolutely no reason. He could have also at least acknowledged us and said he will be right back or let us know that they were closing down early ...No, he just ignored us and went into the back. The Queso is bomb, but only One star because good quality service is more important...

First time I tried the two breakfast taco deal I knew I was going to be a regular but now every time I go there it's the same large black lady who is very aggressive and behaves as if I as a customer are an inconvenience to her. The first time she said it was her birthday and she thought she shouldn't have to work because of that so I gave her some slack even though as an adult you shouldn't expect special treatment on your bday but I've been there four other times and she is very nasty everytime and all I asked is for her to spread the refried beans and other ingredients evenly because she plops them all right in the middle and makes a ball instead of a burrito shape and she becomes very enraged that I have the nerve to ask for a normal taco. The management has obviously not reprimanded her at all because it's always the same. I will not go back solely because every time I do she is there and it's always a huge problem for her to serve me and I don't want to go there but I think it may be a racial thing because I am native American/white but I looks mostly white and she treats my two black friends very well and is super mean to me and I don't upset easily but she smashes my stuff up then overcharges me and seems to have it out for me specifically for me and it makes me not want to pay for my food and instead just walk out. I started having my friends order the plate for me instead of the tacos so I can arrange the food...

My experience with this location is very low. I first went to the Laredo Taco in Palmeto 7-11 and the location impressed me so much I was super excited when I saw that they had once close to my house since I live in St. Pete. Sadly this location is a catch 22 depending who is working. I will say the best service I recieved is from the guyst that work there always hot and fresh. When I see the older lady working in the morning I skip there and just get a banana and muffin to eat since I know I will not get good service from her. Today I drove all the way up there for the new pork tacos and the of course the girl working there told me she couldn't make me my food because the bag it comes in is too big. What does that have to do with my appetite. So I went to taco bells instead and gave them my money. And what do you know everything I ordered they had. This location needs to close down until they can get people like the Palmeto location to work here before...
