First time I had issues at Panera I ordered a cookie for some reason they needed me to pull up and park in front of a dumpster with garbage bags and cigarette butts everywhere because they couldn’t put a cookie in a bag. The next time I went to Panera, I ordered a hot cup of tea with half-and-half and liquid sugar was given cold milk water with a teabag floating on top and granulated sugar on the bottom. The time after that, there were two people in front of me that had $50 orders. naturally, there was a wait. I ordered an iced coffee. I had no choice but to wait so I did when I got to the window my coffee was half melted ice half coffee on the bottom when I asked the kid if he could remake my coffee, he rolled his eyes and was like ‘oh I’m sorry’ I understand you’re sorry but you realize that you had these people waiting for 25 minutes for these two orders, so why would you make a cup of coffee that you knew was going to sit for 25 minutes? now yesterday I go and the barista that made my coffee wrong last time put the wrong phone number into the computer and I was charged like four or five dollars for a cup of coffee that should have been free because I am a rewards member. I called I said I got charged for a coffee I don’t have a receipt in my app the way I should and the barista didn’t hand me the receipt and I was told you can come in tomorrow and will refund you so I came in to pick up the refund and to pick up my coffee like I usually usually do before work and the manager that was on shift was extremely rude. Didn’t want to accept the fact the barista that she has at the window (who I know has only been there for a couple of months) did not know what he was doing and on top of that was so much so rude didn’t even want to come to the window and wanted me to come inside so I could be late? Just extremely unprofessional five bucks, but the amount of time It takes to have to go to Starbucks to buy a coffee after you waited in line at Panera for a cup of coffee is just rediculess. They don’t value their customers at all they’re only in it for them self. You might as well just go to Starbucks and save your time because it is literally just over hormonal teenagers that can’t even make a cup of coffee or tea. Who ever the manager is over that place they sure got a great...
Read moreThis Panera sucks. I asked for 3 pumps of liquid sugar in my drink and they didn’t put any. (I get this drink when I go inside and I know how it tastes before any sugar is added). The girl at the drive thru window seemed like she wasn’t in a good mood and I’m not gonna mention her name because I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble but she had no curtesy. I forgot to tell them at the speaker that I wanted my croissant heated up so I apologized for not asking before getting to the window and asked her if she could warm it up for me (Before she handed it to me mind you). She didn’t even say yes she just looked at the bag and shut the drive through window. I was still very polite when she handed it to me and was about to give her a cash tip (mainly because she made me feel like an inconvenience) until I saw my croissant was thrown into a bag with all the chocolate smeared. Not sure if it’s just this location but the Panera off of ulmerton rd gives the pastries in boxes when I go through the drive thru. I could understand maybe if it was busy and she felt I was a burden??? but no one else was in the drive thru but me.. maybe the inside was packed and that’s why she was so rude. im not sure im just trying to understand this weird behavior. Whatever, I love Panera pastries but just wanted to warn everyone to go to another location. The service and and presentation is not...
Read moreWow, I was so utterly upset after a quick trip to my local Panera bread in Pinellas Park.. I’m not a frequent customer so I had some questions when I arrived. I went through the drive thru and was greeted with an automated voice, followed by a human asking me to wait a few, which I replied for them to take there time because I needed to look over the menu. When I was asked to order I asked a simple question , how big is a cup of soup? The response I got wasn’t what I was looking for, she asked what soup I wanted. When I chose a soup I re asked the question how big is the cup of soup. I was ignored basically and she repeats to me So a cup of chicken noodle soup okay, I reask the question after telling her she isn’t listening to me. How BIG is a the CUP of SOUP. she replied with two ladles. I ask her if she knows how many oz that is. Well she didn’t so she went and asked. Came back and told me 8 oz. I ask if that’s the same size in a bread bowl and she said yes.
Fast forward to me receiving the food and how disappointing. The soup cup wasn’t filled to the top. $13 for 7oz of soup that barely had any chicken in it. The yogurt parfait I got was the smallest cup also. Very disappointed. It tasted good although and the bread was great.
I wish I had a...
