This was our third mattress store we visited, and thank goodness we kept going until we found Jonathon and Bed Pros Mattress. Every other place we went into we could tell that they were just looking for a big sale, not really understanding our needs within our budget. As soon as we walked into Bed Pros Mattress, we explained to Jonathon what we needed and he led us to our dream mattress! My partner needs a firm mattress and was set on memory foam (but most were way out of our budget) and i need a softer bed, and Jonathon knew exactly which one would be the bed fit for both of us! As he said “a mattress is the one thing you never compromise on!” And with his help, neither of us have to! We have a firm enough bed that my partner is happy and soft enough that I’m pleased as well! Not only did he find us the perfect mattress for our picky needs, he also set us up with a platform foundation all out the door the very next day for WELL UNDER OUR BUDGET! We are very happy with our new latex mattress and adjustable base. Chris Podgorski, store manager, and Erik Taber, salesman, did a great job. For some reason, the delivery men did not take our old mattresses with them at delivery as was specified on our receipt which stated that the old set would be taken away. Chris was responsive to us when we called the store and also when we came out to the store after the delivery people had failed to take our old mattresses away. Chris came to our house personally to remove the mattresses. Chris was very responsive to the problem of the old mattresses being left behind and at all times, was very professional and courteous. Erik also was very professional and knowledgeable when we were deciding on which mattress to buy. Our new bed is awesome and we are amazed at how much better we are...

Make sure that if you do a "same as cash" transaction and finance through their lending institution, that you read your first statement. Mine was for 18 months. The store put it on 12 months. I authorized my bank to divide the total amount by 18 months. At the end of 12 months, I got a bill for $462 interest. I called Chris. He said it was an accounting error and he would resolve it. Next month, not taken care of. Another call to Chris. Oh, we will take care of it today. One week later, I call the bank. Still owe the interest of 30%...robbery.... So I pay a visit to the store. Chris hands me a credit voucher printed minutes before I arrived because I called him ahead of time. Even though I have paperwork this time, finally, I don't trust him anymore and called the bank.
