I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the behavior of Sonu, a manager at your Starbucks location, and her supervisor. My recent experience with them was not only disappointing but also distressing, as I felt treated rudely and dismissively while seeking assistance.
During my visit, I encountered Sonu, who displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy in her interactions with me and other customers. Her tone was condescending, and her responses were unhelpful, leaving me feeling belittled and unwelcome. When I attempted to address my concerns, she insisted that she had "backup" from HR, implying that her behavior was justified and that she would not face any repercussions for her actions. This assertion only added to my sense of frustration and helplessness as a customer.
