Arby's — Restaurant in Piqua

We ordered a bourbon bbq brisket sandwich combo and a classic Italian sub combo with a baked potato. The only thing that was hot was the baked potato. The fries were warm, but what was more upsetting were the sandwiches. The brisket had one thin piece of meat folded over, cheese, the topping and bread. The Italian tasted as if it was made 30 minutes ago, was cold, salty and just disappointing. For $19, that was not worth it. We don’t eat out much, and to spend that kind of money and not have any meat on a $7 dollar sandwich and the other just being disgusting where you can’t finish it is just sad. The worst part of it all was we were in the drive thru more than 15 min. The person at the drive thru was very nice, but it just seems the kitchen was lacking or they were skimping to save money, I’m not sure. Definitely...

2nd Review in past couple of years for this Arby's that is not very favorable. Stopped 11/16/24 and got the Roast Turkey, Bacon, Ranch sandwich. I just had this few days ago at Sidney and it was good, this one was not! The tomato's first bite was a rotten taste, most of the tomato was green (eww), the lettuce was bad around the edges, overall not a sandwich I'm willing to pay 5.49 for again here. (That was with a 2.00 off coupon too!). Had a real small, very gritty bite into something that could of broken my tooth more, luckily felt it on other side of teeth! My visit to the Arby's was so good, I regret not ringing the bell when I left. First, the staff was pleasant and courteous. The woman asked my name for the order and used it a couple times throughout my interaction with her. The kitchen was quick and efficient, my chicken tenders were hot and fresh. The location was very clean and tidy, very well kept. My only suggestion is that the restaurant update their fixtures and furnitures. Things are a little outdated.
