Dunkin' — Restaurant in Piscataway Township

Silly management I think. Was trying to order half dozen donut but with 3 of them replaced as muffins. They said they would then have to charge each item as individual and not as half dozen donut price which was totally fine with me. I requested things to be put in a box still because I was bringing them for a meeting. The senior employee or manager who was listening to my request told her coworker to put them into a bag because they give box only for half dozen or dozen donut order. ?!?!?! And she was telling to charge me for the cost of box. ?!!?! Well I’m getting same amount of baked goods and was actually paying more than half dozen donut price anyway. HORRIBLE! I ordered their Name/Letter Donuts and I was informed moments before my pick up time that they are NOT able to make it ! An awesome job communicating here! Now what would I have for my daughter’s Birthday party? They offered a FREE dozen donuts; BUT that gesture DOES NOT help my situation! Special moments like this wont be replaces by a Dozen Donuts! This is the last time I would deal with this particular location! Awful store and manager! The manager was extremely rude when we were ordering telling us there's a menu when we asked for the meat options. He seemed so annoyed to be at work and was already in a bad mood. Then we got our order and our cappuccinos tasted of purely milk and no coffee. As a regular dunkin customer I could tell this was not properly made. So we kindly asked if they could remake it or make us americanos instead. The manager replied saying we measured and they're right, and then just put another shot of espresso in our drinks. Leaving us with two shots in a milky drink that still wasnt what we wanted or good.
