Step into Inchin's Edison and prepare to be amazed... by how aggressively average everything tastes.
We started the night full of hope and hunger. What we got was a parade of dishes that looked ready for a photoshoot but tasted like they were still waiting on their seasoning to show up. Let’s break this down dish by dish, shall we?
Chicken Dumplings: These looked like they survived a minor landslide. The outer crisp gave me hope, but inside? Just sadness and confusion. If a dumpling could shrug, it would.
Hakka Noodles: Imagine if someone whispered the word “flavor” over boiled noodles. That’s what we got. A thrilling combo of oil, onions, and existential crisis. I've had more exciting conversations with printer error messages.
Manchurian & Garlic Chicken: Both dishes came in rich, reddish-brown sauces that looked like they meant business — but neither brought their A-game. I suspect the sauces were made in bulk during the last lunar eclipse and reheated ever since. Zero kick, zero wow.
Fried Rice: Spicy only in color, not in content. This rice had all the intensity of a polite elevator conversation. It desperately needed a chili intervention and maybe a therapist.
Chocolate Lava Cake w/ Ice Cream: Surprisingly, this was the only thing that didn’t betray me. It’s hard to mess up a lava cake unless you try really hard — and thankfully, they didn’t. Kudos to the dessert guy — he clearly doesn't talk to the main kitchen.
In short: The presentation was better than the prom, but the flavors forgot their RSVP. If you're looking for authentic Indo-Chinese magic, keep driving — possibly to another state.
Would I go back? Only if I lost a bet and someone...

Had been meaning to visit this place for a while now. I actually came in specifically for the chilli garlic noodles after seeing pictures in reviews. I love extra thin noodles, which are hard to find at Indo-Chinese spots in the US so was super excited. Unfortunately, the noodles had a noticeably sweet undertone (though not very pronounced), likely from tomato ketchup or some kind of sweet sauce, when what you usually expect from chilli garlic noodles is a bold, savory, spicy flavor. When they say “spicy,” it seems to just mean an extra dose of chili flakes, which felt like a shortcut. There are definitely better ways to bring heat like using green chilies/spicy sauces. Also got the chicken 65 fried rice - it was flavorful and moderately spicy (we asked for spicy). Quantity didn’t do justice to the prices of either of them.
Also think they need to manage things better - when we were done eating and asked for the check, servers were running up and down, lost in their duties. Nobody attended to us for 15 minutes straight. Ended up paying at the front desk. Same thing happened when we wanted to place the order. We had to go to the front desk and ask for someone to be sent. Also noticed a number of tables were left piled with dirty dishes, and despite the place being fully staffed, no one seemed in a rush to clean up. Not a great look.
Overall, I felt the brand is overrated. Portion sizes don’t justify the price. Given the taste, price point, and management in general, not...

The restaurant is spacious with private rooms and booths, dimly lit elegant decor with a welcoming water feature and a well stocked bar with interesting cocktail choices.
Here’s everything we ordered where one was better than the other.
