HONESTLY, I WOULD SAY YOU SHOULD RATHER STARVE THAN DEAL WITH THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. They literally put a coupon on Verizon app to attract customers and when you go in to use the coupon they refuse to acknowledge the coupon from the Verizon app. When we tried to use it she told us and I quote “we don’t accept that here” even if it had the same address of the establishment. On top of that she started yelling/shouting that she never posted anything on Verizon and it was our(the customers) responsibilities to know if the coupon works or not. If you’re a owner of the establishment you should have the knowledge of where your business is being posted and if she’s posting the ad on Verizon just to attract more customers is just a new low. The owner also started demanding the number for Verizon like we worked for them and just started yelling for us to use the “subway app” and refused to acknowledge that the Verizon app has the same validity. In addition, the coupon was to buy a 6” or footlong sub and get a 6” or footlong sub for free with a purchase of 30oz of drink. After everything she added the drinks to the bill and didn’t notify us Bc we thought she didn’t care about the coupon at the end. So, we ended up leaving without our drinks. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN. It is worth it to drive 20 min away eat subway than go to this place. On the way out of the store the owner yelled at us that “she’s loosing money because of coupons”. If you’re loosing money then don’t post coupons, easy as that. There's another one (probably the owner) whom I met three times. All three times, I got worst service. When we presented the coupon, the rep seemed like she was not happy and said that they might not accept that coupon. She accepted it eventually. She doesn't smile; when asked to put stuff such as guac/onions, she hardly put enough -- as if she's too greedy. It feels she doesn't enjoy customers coming there, especially the ones from South Asia. All three times, I felt very uncomfortable when she was there. Also I don't understand why they speak in Gujrati/Hindi with me.... Why do they assume that I'm an Indian. I'm not.

Read moreThis subway has by far been the worst one i have gone to. The staff is HORRIBLE and extremely rude. I was getting a sandwich (a foot long) and when i asked for the worker to put pickles she put about 5 pickles on the entire sandwich and when i asked her politely to put more she replied by saying “i think it’s enough” and proceeded to put the other vegetables i had asked her to put. Another time i had gone the worker had both her headphones in while she was making my sandwich and every time i would tell her a topping or type of bread etc she would say “what” and ask me to repeat... i personally do not think it is professional for someone to have both headphones in while helping a costumer out.. also every time i go the coworkers are on their phones which is also not professional at ALL i will not...
