I order Starbucks here because it’s close to home and this has happen few times where I would send my mom boyfriend to pick up my order . And there was this one time they gave him just one venti strawberry açaí and two bagels when I ordered more stuff which was $60 something and he didn’t know so he asked if that was all and they told him yes when I told him it should’ve been more items he then realized that they weren’t paying attention about the items that I ordered so I had to go and I went inside the store because he picked them up from the drive-through and my items were there in the waiting for pick up inside so I just ignore the issue and just took them and I didn’t try to make it a big deal Second issue I had from the store is that I made a mobile order to pick up and I was missing a hot chocolate and my other orders was already there, but I was just missing the hot chocolate and I was just looking at them. Praying other drinks with whipped cream and all that to the cars from the drive-through literally passed like four cars and it was with a lot of drinks and I was still waiting just for a hot chocolate and a lot of them passed by me the (barista) kept passing by and they knew I was still standing there until one of them. Finally he said are you missing anything else and I said yes a hot chocolate so I had to wait another like four minutes until they gave it to me so in total I would’ve like around more than 20 minutes just to get one of my drinks, which is really upsetting cause I had to go somewhere and the times that I went there, it was usually quick. I just don’t know why they took so long. I ordered my usual a venti shaken espresso light ice , so when I went to pick up my drink this is what I got, half of my drink was not there…. I told the barista what had happened she answered what do you mean I said it’s half way her answer was since I ordered light ice I would have to pay to add more milk, it didn’t make no sense I still got a lot of ice and no drink. In other words I got a grande instead of a venti. I customize my order like this at every Starbucks and I’ve always been satisfied never have had a problem with my drink until this morning. . This is the 3rd time that I placed an order and they told me in a very rude way that I was supposed to wait more than 10 min to show up when I placed that order like 15 min before and the app showed me pickup in 5 to 8 min. They never have people in line or even inside; it shouldn’t take them that long to get a simple order ready, and if they are just chatting, at least don’t be rude to the clients. Not only that, but they asked me to wait in front for my order. I was basically 10 more minutes waiting then I had to go inside to pick up the order because they never came outside to deliver it, and to make it even worse, one of the items was out of stock and I was waiting for it until they told me they didn’t have it in a rude way.
