Taco & Co. — Restaurant in Pittsburg

Located inside the Brentwood Library, Taco & Co is my favorite Mexican food spot in all of Pittsburg (and there are a lot here!). The menu is simple but everything is super fresh and flavorful. You have to try a Mulita! It’s like a quesadilla but with crispy tostadas instead of tortillas, and the cheese gets fried extra crispy with the meat. Their salsas are delicious - the guacasala is killer, smooth and creamy with a garlicky bite.

Just had a California burrito today and it was awesome too, they managed to keep the fries crispy and well seasoned whereas other places California burritos can be kind of bland

The staff here is super friendly, the restaurant is clean and modern (with several order ahead options) parking is easy (park at city center since the library lot is under construction), and the food is amazing!

I usually stop by The P every month to hang out with my sister since she moved in last year, but might have to increase the frequency b/c of this taco spot! This place has the most flavorful al pastor I've had in a minute. Juicy, savory, sweet and most of all made with passion. My wife also ordered another taco with mushrooms which was also delicious. My sister and I each ordered a breakfast burrito that hit us with flavor bombs on the first bite. This place also serves complimentary chips and bean dip that are addicting. To top is all off, I ordered a jaimaica agua fresca that had the essence of the fruit but not overly sweet. A+++...

This place is a must in Pittsburg. The city lacks quality establishments and this one fills that void with great customer service and delicious food. This family owned establishment is filled with committed hard working staff and that alone keeps me coming back. The aesthetic of this place is very nice and clean. They have delicious food overall but the one item I definitely recommend is the recently popular food on social media "Quessabirrias" they definitely got the recipe right with a side of consome and garnished with lemon, cilantro, and onion🤤.
