Phone out of order.. no calls n or out.. they have no idea why.. hello they are 1 of the biggest oldest phone comp in america. Plus I wanted to by a new Galaxy S9 they dont have any phones is stock at that location.. they sent me to Antioch which closes at 8 pm i got there at 7pm well after traveling back n forth from Antioch to Pittsburg and back to Antioch 1 employee started to show interest by saying the only diff in new phones are and I quote " size, camera, and processor" neither employee showed any interest in helping me buy a new S9 or order the S10 the heavy set employee was more interested in stuffing his face as he joined his coworker and I to reiterate they were completely unknowlagable regarding the S10 and S9 GALAXY differences since the display model was clearly out for customers to inquire about. Well I asked how can they sell a product they are completely clueless about well according to the heavy set employee informed me that the phone is not out yet.. I then explained the demo is here in the store shouldn't you know at least the difference between or know T least 1 thing about a new item. He then repeated himself by saying its not out yet. Worst customer service ever.. so fyi never go 1-2 hours before closing because they certainly have better things to do then work.. longer eat or walk around swinging there arms and twiteling there thumbs.. way to go Antioch and Pittsburg ca u are the reason everyone has to drive extra far to concord or Brentwood to get anything done out here. Was told by Edward that i had to go to another store much farther than here and now when I got to this store was told he was wrong and they canāt do anything for me either. Iām trying to take care of my sick fatherās bills and heās been a customer with Att since 2009 but this obviously doesnāt mean anything as Edward to me was not a person I would consider confident in his job. All I heard from him was excuses and attitude and I felt like all he wanted me to do was for me to go to another store. She Completely messed up both my mobile and internet account. after telling her REPEATEDLY not to change my account or upgrade because i had a grandfather plan with alot of discounts she still changed it and i was not notified until weeks after .
