The employee was nice and knowledable so EMPLOYEE GETS 5 STARS but boosts practices don't seem customer service oriented. We are existing boost customers, they are our mobile carrier. We went in today to purchase a new sim card for my new replacement phone, which is the same exact model as my old phone that had a boost sim card in it. We assumed since boost mobile was already our carrier, we would just have to buy the sim, but we had to pay $40 to activate the sim card after purchasing it, even though it was just replacing a boost sim for another boost sim so my phone worked.
