Excellent service! I wanted something customised for the birthday of a friend who lives in Pittsburgh, and as I live in another country, needed some help from a local biz to make it happen. Found these guys online, wrote to them via Instagram, and, in the true spirit of the role, the page Admin replied swiftly and professionally with an email address for me to write too. I sent the email immediately, and considering the time difference was absolutely surprised to get a reply from Spencer Everett, the Warehouse Manager, as soon as their business day commenced. I should also point out I wrote to several other local brands in the city but didn't hear back. Spencer was an absolute professional; polished with his communication, proactive and went a little out of his way to fulfil the order i put in without accepting payment for the extra time and effort.

Decided to try PA Libations for some locally made vodka. I ordered online and was emailed receipt of my order then about 40 minutes later my order was ready for pickup. Parked right in the front and some people were shopping or waiting outside for their order. A minute later I was greeted by a smiling young man and gave him my order number. Out he came with my box and loaded in my Jeep my various vodkas👏 Easier it couldn't have been!!! Your staff was handling a rather busy sidewalk and car pickups with friendly greetings/😁😁! That part made my day! The Standard Orange vodka we tried last night was very good👍 Did a blind taste test with Stoli Oranj and hubby picked Standard as the Stoli😏 can't wait to try some other PA products from your store! Also looking forward to 1700 Penn store opening with Helltown Brewing. Please let that be very soon!!! Sincerely, Impressed...

My husband and I did a private whiskey and spirits tasting at PA Libations last night and it was amazing!! The private tasting takes place after store hours which ensures a really nice, intimate atmosphere. Our Bourbon stewart Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. We were encouraged to try as many liquors as we liked (and their selection is huge!), and most importantly he did not pressure us at all to buy anything after (which made us want to buy even more bottles haha). In our opinion this is definitely worth it if you want to surprise someone on their birthday, have a fun night out with friends, want to learn more about the background and distilling process, or are just looking for your new favorite drink (and trust me, you will find it!!).
