In particular, Shaun and Hao are two of the most courteous and helpful staff members I have ever encountered. I was impressed by the quality of service. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers have a pleasant experience. They were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. They were also very knowledgeable about the menu items and helped me choose the perfect drink to complement my meal.

What a joke. Bubble tea with no bubbles. Ordered roast and toast pearl milk tea via DoorDash. NO BUBBLES . When I called she said is was early and they weren’t ready. But don’t worry, you weren’t charged for them. And, we also have other thing like jellies that you can put in. what? NO call, no message, nothing but a bubble tea without bubbles. WHY? Go to a bubble tea joint where you get what you order, that’s not here. And then the reply: you didn’t order tapioca pearls?? It’s an r&t PEARL milk tea! Why do I need to order the pearls separate? In the addition section on the app it lists many additional types of jellies, etc that can be added. It does have tapioca listed for an additional 75 cents. Is this if you want extra tapioca! A very nice little bubble tea shop on Centre Ave. The atmosphere is quite good and the company’s entire branding just has a feel good feel to it. They also have a shop in Ross Park Mall. I tried out their classic brown sugar milk tea as well as a milk chocolate mocha donut.

To be honest, the brown sugar boba was pretty average. There wasn’t anything too special about it. Nice and light drink, not crazy sweet, which was nice. Not much boba in it though. Price was okay. They had a donut and drink combo for a decent price.

The real star of this snack break was the mochi donut. It’s got a very cool, chewy texture to it. The milk chocolate on top really added a lovely sweet touch to it. I would even definitely recommend trying one.
