I brought my two kids here (18mo & 4yrs) on a weekday, as I figured it would be slower, to check it out for the first time. I am not sure how often they rearrange the rooms, but the photos on their website and Google look vastly different than it does in person. The website shows 8+ ride on machines, 5+ inflatables and more.. there were only 3 inflatables when we went, one of which snagged up the butt of my son's new basketball shorts (I'm not sure if there was open Velcro somewhere in one of them or something?) and one deflated in the corner (I believe it was the Velcro ball one). There were 4 ride on machines in the hallway and when I inquired how to work them I was told that only two of them actually worked. We were the only people there this morning, so I was very surprised that when we entered the toy room it looked like a bomb had went off. None of the toys were in their designated areas, toy food and foam blocks thrown all over the room, a lot of broken toys or battery toys that didn't operate. My kids had very little interest in the toy room because of this. I could understand the state of the room if we had come at like 4pm, but we were the first visitors of the day. There were also many dangerous things I noticed (metal eyehook in the floor windowsill where the foam climbing blocks are, loose wires and a hot radiator (there was a caution sign, but my kids can't read and I can't have my eyes on both of them at the same time, especially when we're in a room that is supposed to be designed for young children to play in)). Also the overall cleanliness was poor. We found two used bandaids and a half eaten lollipop in the inflatables area, my arm was covered in something incredibly sticky after I leaned against the doorway of the toy room and my son told me the legos at the table had something all over them and didn't want to play with them. My kids did have fun in the inflatables area, but I had much higher hopes for this place based on the website and photos. I feel like this place has the potential to be great, but it definitely needs a lot of work...
Read moreWe brought our 2 & newly 1 year old here to play this week. I previously sent an email asking if 2 and under were free, they let me know they’re not, as they have a play room/area for babies. We decided based off of the pictures, it would be a great place to bring young kids. When we got there, none of the bounce houses were set up yet, which they immediately started inflating as we got settled. The reason I’m giving this a 2 star is because there wasn’t really anything for my 1 & 2 year old to do. Their website and Facebook page shows all sorts of baby activities/ride on toys/electric cars/imaginative play as part of it, which is why I thought this would be great for them. None of that was here. The bounce houses were big, and my 2 year old was scared of everything. When we got back, I sent an email asking where all that stuff was that is posted online. They told me due to Covid, they took out all of that because kids were putting it in their mouth, and they wanted to reduce to risk of spreading germs. I can totally appreciate that, but I think it should be posted online somewhere so people don’t go down thinking all of this stuff is available that isn’t. The woman working was very nice, but it was pretty much a waste of money for us with what they have open right now. We will try again once they bring...
Read moreWent for the first time on Sunday. The place was empty for 10 minutes then a huge crowd of parents & kids entered for a birthday party. The place is extremely small for all of these kids. We were annoyed they allow parties to happen and let the public to come in being it's so small. We checked social media and nothing said there was a birthday party. The whole place was overrun by this party & parents. The 3 young girls working barely acknowledged us and they looked so miserable or they didn't want to be there. Another customer there actually told us there was another room to go to for toddlers or we would not have known. The bigger issue was that this place is so dirty and dingy feeling. You have to take your shoes off to put in cubbies (not an issue), but there was snow outside and the entire mat and floor was wet. The floor around the mat was also wet so it was impossible for our socks to not get wet. All of the floors are just gross. Our kids socks were black when we left and ours were visibly dirty for wearing black socks.
There is terf or terf like flooring in the toddler play room and looks dirty. I don't even know how...
