It’s obvious they’re hurting for staff for a number of reasons. I live nearby and it’s always different people. The trash bins are always full and dining room always dirty. The line areas (both) look incredibly messy. Last week I placed an online order and when I got there at the time it was supposed to be ready it was not. No big deal, so she made my bowl very quickly. She gave me a large container of Guac and said she was out of little containers but that she just doesn’t care. Now, as much as I love free guacamole I don’t love to hear from people handling my food that they don’t care about the restaurant and presumably my food they’re handling. The rice in that bowl was chunky and the guac tasted off. I didn’t eat my order because it was really awful. I appreciate the girl giving me extra guac but telling customers you don’t care about the food you’re serving them is a big turn off. I probably won’t ever return here. It’s a shame because I live super close and I would love to be able to eat there more often. Sadly this chipotle seems like every one I have been to in the last few years. Read moreThis location has such a great manager who genuinely cares about her customers’ experience and quality product. Coworkers and I ordered delivery for lunch today (we start our breaks around 10:30 and placed our order around 9 and indicated for it to be delivered “ASAP” for whenever Chipotle opened at 10:45). Door Dash is who actually completes the delivery. ETA around 11. Works for us, right? 11:20 rolls around, still no delivery so I check the “Where’s My Food?” link on the confirmation email to see that the order was cancelled. No email, no text, nothing from Door Dash. So I call and find that the delivery employee arrived at 10:20 before they opened and “didn’t want to wait.” I call Chipotle and ask if we can still pick up the order. The manager apologizes several times, says she has had the order since they opened knowing that something funny happened, and immediately told me she’d make it again so that it was fresh. Door Dash, on the other hand, never even apologized. CHIPOTLE WIN....

I will add whoever was working the line was amazing and very quick. However, back to the grumpy lady at the register. She had asked if I needed anything else, and I had replied with chips and queso. (was unaware I had to ask for that at the line since I usually order online). When I had asked for that she gave me the upmost amount of attitude and told me that needed to be done before. Once we were done with the queso situation, she had then pushed my bag very aggressively to me on the counter. I then preceded to grab my bag and walk away, and as I was walking away, this lady said "don't snatch that bag from me". I kept walking because at this point, this lady was genuinely about to get smacked. My suggestion is to take your business where you feel like you can actually order food without it being an inconvenience to the staff. :)...
