Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I arrived while they were setting up to close about a week prior to this post, as their Google listing hours weren't up-to-date. Instead of kicking me out, they understood the issue and knew they'd be closing up for a while and let me eat in. The wings were great and I took home a dope pizza. The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. She up-sold me on a drink despite some resistance on my part. She also lent me her lighter so I could smoke while the pizza & wings cooked. She told me to just make sure I got the lighter back. I stole the lighter by accident. I am giving this positive review to try and give back a little of what I took. If it is of any consolation and she's out there reading this, some karma came around as someone at my Air b'n'b stole the remainder of my pizza. Long Flight and got in pretty late. Called at 11pm to order food only to find out at 1:45am that my food was still there. I’ve never had such a bad experience. I asked for the Manager & Driver’s name & they told me no and then threaten to call the Police Bc I was asking. This by far is the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They acting like it was my fault that they couldn’t deliver my food on time. I even called to check why it was talking so long and they gave me an attitude again like it was my fault saying I didn’t leave a room number, which I clearly did. I am not even from here but I’ll be sure to let all of Pittsburgh know to not ever ever eat...

I would have given a zero star if it was an option. I ordered my food at 6.27 p.m., the delivery person left the store at 7.20 p.m. and it is 8.00 p.m. now and I am writing this dissatisfied and angry review, withOUT my food. I don't even care if the food is good or not. By the way it's a wednesday night and the delivery service was horrendous (for a lack of a worse word to use). Do not patronize this store!
