Avoid this location, especially on weekend evenings. This is a long one, as I have a lot to say about the experience here.
Went to this KFC Sunday evening with my Mother to pick up some food for the 2 of us, and my Brother who wasn't with us. Told the cashier (who turned out to be the Manager) that we wanted 3 $7 Fill-Up Boxes all together. Told him the 1st one was the 2 piece (which was mine), added the 2nd one (my Mother's), then asked about if we could customize the 3rd one (for my Brother) to have Macaroni instead of Mashed Potatoes. We were told that we couldn't and that it only comes with the Mashed Potatoes, which is fine, no worries. My Mother was doing the ordering and asked to instead add on the Macaroni separately. The "Manager" then became confused, and proceeded to remove the 1st Fill Up (the one for me) from the order entirely, and proceeded to botch the entire order from that point on. We were overcharged by having to order things separately instead of being told that we could have just upgraded the size of the drink and add the Macaroni for just $2.49. He charged us $2.99 for the drink that was supposed to come with the meal, and $2.79 for the Macaroni. He also failed to give us the dessert that came with the meal, and didn't include the mandatory Mashed Potatoes, so we ended up paying over $5 more than we should have for 2 less items.
After realizing he inexplicably took our first box off the order, I had to re-order mine separately. Annoyed at this point, we tried to show the older of the 2 females working there (who looks like she hates her job) how messed up our order was, and she told us everything was fine. It wasn't. The Manager then proceeded to tell us how it was our fault, and when we tried explaining our order to him, he kept saying "I won't argue with you, I won't argue with you".
The Customer Service here is terrible if you go in the evening. The "Manager" (with glasses and looks barely out of High School) must have become so by being related to the owner or something, because a Manager should at the very least have basic Cashier skills before being elevated to a position he obviously isn't qualified for.
In the end, find a different location to go to, or make sure you go at a different time of day so you'll encounter what is hopefully a better staff than the weekend evening shift, or your order may get botched as badly as ours was...especially by the...

Read moreI arrived at KFC and had placed an order in advance. I wanted to pick it up through the drive-thru. When I drove up to the drive-thru, I was told that I was required to enter the building to pick up my order. This was not a delivery. I personally placed the order myself. I didn’t want to go inside because I didn’t want to touch the door handle or come into contact with anything that would force me to wash my hands before starting to eat. For hygiene purposes, I simply wanted to drive up, give my order number, pick up my drink and food, and leave to have my dinner. But they refused to let me do this. I asked them why I was required to come inside!? They didn’t offer any explanation, just kept annoyingly and insistently repeating, 'No, ma'am, you have to come in.' When I finally went inside, they kept giggling, looking at me, and behaving horribly. It felt like they were enjoying their power over me. It seems like the employees at this KFC location feel insignificant, and the only way they can boost their self-worth is by being petty and making small, mean-spirited actions to feel some sense of importance. I will never come to this KFC...
