I placed a simple order for 3 chicken tenders and fries at 5:01 PM. About 30 minutes later, a chicken sandwich came out—something I didn’t order. I politely showed the server my receipt on my phone, and he responded, “Let me check on this and see if I can get that for you.” As if he needed permission to correct the mistake? Odd, but okay.
Another 30 minutes passed with no food. I went up to the counter and asked to cancel my order. The response? A snappy “What order?!” from the staff in the back. After showing my receipt again, it became clear they never even started making my meal.
They begrudgingly processed a refund—no apology, no acknowledgment, just handed me the receipt and walked away. Rude is an understatement.
