Great space with some of the best views of the downtown Pittsburgh skyline. A must visit for photographers.
Lovely walk along the water (Allegheny and Ohio rivers) going in either direction. Right next to PNC Park (Home of the Pirates) and Acrisure Stadium (Steelers) a bit further west.
A few museums also in the immediate area: the Andy Warhol Museum, the Childrens Museum and the Carnegie Science Center.
You can walk across most (if not all) of the bridges into the downtown area. I ended up parking downtown and walking across the Roberto Clemente bridge to the Landing area...perfect walk for a mild summer night.
Safe even after dark with walkers, runners and bikers present.
