Horrid Location -- I've visited this site both before and after the renovations, and a makeover doesn't mean a place will operate more efficiently....I feel the service is a really worse. Over my past 5 visits: - I've had my food orders messed up, sandwiches made improperly, items missing I've seen numerous employees seem dazed and confused (are you on the clock or not- why is there so much walking around the site?) I've seen management struggle to keep the new equipment functional- on the phone, with tech support, unable to help the employees because the registers aren't working.... I watched employees send patrons to the self help kiosks, after they had already been waiting to order. Wow. So the elders in the community are supposed to have the technology forced on them? I've seen numerous staff fumble with money/ seem a bit incompetent with giving change It's taken me over 20 minutes to get a slushie at this site . incredibly sketchy at night, off-putting people in the parking lot, rambunctious behavior
as of writing this, I ordered 21 minutes ago, and I only have my drink. My attached pictures show how empty it is here so.....where's my food...
I understand training new staff. I'm assuming many of the employees are new because of their behavior. I started working at McDonald's at 15 as my first job, and so I understand the issues, the bathrooms, the customers, I know what the employees deal with. You've not experienced hell untill you've worked drive-thru during a Sunday lunch rush and the drink machine malfunctions.
However, there is a standard that should be held, regardless. It's evident almost no one employed in this building cares about being here. I just can't believe out of my 5 visits since the remodel, there's always been something wrong. You need to ask yourself how hungry you are before coming here, or you may have better luck with the drive-thru. Update, I just received my food and it's cold, of course....you've been warned.
UPDATE-- the magic continues. I'm still here on visit 5, and wow, not only was the food that arrived cold, but I got the wrong food. I took it up to the cashier and told the cashier that that was not my sandw6, to which he asks, well, does that sandwich have bacon on it?" Sir, that's irrelevant-- this entire sandwich is not one that I want. ?? I'm confused why this location has the table service if they are constantly going to bring you the incorrect meal, well after you ordered....

Often underestimated due to its fast-food roots, McDonald’s stands as a culinary institution a masterclass in precision, efficiency, and accessible flavor.
Upon entering, one is immediately struck by the brand’s unspoken promise: predictable excellence. The ambiance, while casual, is impeccably clean and modern, often tailored subtly to regional tastes while still paying homage to its timeless American heritage. Service is prompt, courteous, and remarkably streamlined a ballet of logistics that rivals fine-dining kitchens in its choreography.
Let us begin with the flagship Big Mac, a marvel of structural balance and flavor engineering. The harmonious layering of the sesame seed bun, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and the signature “Special Sauce” is nothing short of iconic not merely a sandwich, but a symbol of global taste. Each bite offers a nostalgic familiarity paired with an underlying complexity that comes from decades of perfecting a recipe that transcends borders.
The French fries, golden and thinly cut, arrive with architectural crispness and an ideal salt ratio, rivaling the pommes frites of any bistro. Meanwhile, the McNuggets deliver a satisfying crunch and juicy interior deceptively simple, yet undeniably effective in execution.
One must not overlook the dessert course. The McFlurry, with its playful mix-ins and creamy base, serves as a whimsical palate cleanser, while the Apple Pie evokes a sense of Americana with every warm, cinnamon-infused bite.
Beneath its casual presentation lies an operation of Michelin-level mastery ingredient sourcing, culinary consistency, and menu innovation are executed with the rigor of haute cuisine. Read moreWent for dinner at 5pm with my 6yo daughter. +Nicely remodeled place has a modern and clean feel. -Slow service when ordering at the counter (we were ignored for a few minutes - we were the only customers but no-one was at the register, everyone was busy laughing and talking in the kitchen.) +++Got a happy meal, mcmuffin, and mcflurry which were delicious and brought out to our table very quickly. *I would have given more stars, but then this happened: ----Guy wiping down tables was talking loudly on his headset phone and dropping f bombs every other word and talking about "some dropping all them ." It was ridiculous and seriously felt like Dave Chappell's "PopCopy" sketch. Luckily my daughter wasn't paying much attention to him because I'd had a rough day and really didn't have the energy to deal with the guy. +The customer sitting at the table next to us was very thoughtful and asked the loud cursing guy to watch his language because there was a child right here. -----The inconsiderate employee confronted the kind customer in a threatening way - again, seriously like the PopCopy sketch. The employee said "You need to respect me, this is how I do it every day. I got kids at home." The customer defused the situation with some wise and friendly banter while I prepared to grab my daughter and gtfo in case a fight broke out. ----No manager or other employee intervened and I'm fairly sure they never noticed the commotion. I thanked the considerate customer and left without attempting to talk to a manager, because I assumed it would take too long and escalate the situation. On the bright side, my daughter probably won't want to go inside to eat...
