I flew out from Idaho for my first Steelers game in Pittsburgh and I was incredibly excited to visit the pro shop at the stadium. The selection of Steelers merchandise was smaller than expected but still very good. The selection of terrible towel merchandise, other than the towels, was disappointing. I did find a shot glass that I wanted to buy. There was absolutely no merchandise for Heinz field. I was wanting to get a coffee cup or shot glass that just said Heinz field but there was nothing. After getting everything I wanted into a shopping basket I proceeded to checkout and the lady behind the counter was very nice but very slow. She did wrap the coffee cup to protect it and put it in a bag with other breakable items. They were are wrapped good enough. I didn't realize until I got back to Idaho that the terrible towel shot glass I wanted never made it in the bag, I looked at the receipt and somehow it was never scanned. I am incredibly disappointed that I didn't get a terrible towel shot glass from the stadium. This was a once in a lifetime trip for me and while that shot glad may not be much to an employee there it would have meant...
Read moreThe stuff was really nice and good quality. However while I was in there on 7/31/25 around 2:20pm a worker who was a older woman between 50-60 with brown hair was at the cash register working and there happened to be a group of individuals who were special needs in there as well. One of the members of the group went to shop a rack of items that were bring unpacked and she spoke to him rudely saying they were already out with an attitude. I seen the person become flustered and just walked away. There were multiple people around us as well and I’m sure it was embarrassing. It’s certainly not a way to speak to an individual, let alone given the circumstances. The woman that was unpacking the shirts (who was not the one speaking to him) didn’t even ask him to stop so I don’t understand why the woman at the register felt the need to speak to him about it let alone that rudely. She could’ve easily asked him to look at the ones that were already out or asked if he wanted to see where those ones were at. It felt very uncomfortable as an by stander but also as a shopper too. Otherwise the store was nice but please have some compassion...
Read moreWow!!! What an experience! Was visiting Pittsburgh for a concert at the stadium. The pro shop wasn’t open during the concert so we tried again the next day! So so glad it was open! Not too many customers mid-day while we were there. Great customer service! AMAZING selection of both ordinary and extraordinary items! I just didn’t have enough space in my luggage to take everything home! 🤷🏼♀️
I wanted to special order a personalized jersey for a family member but couldn’t because the company they use to make them would only ship it back to the store. I was directed to try to place an order online. That was a bit disheartening…. If they can ship to the store why can’t they ship elsewhere?
Really the only thing I have to complain about (and it’s not the store’s fault) is that they do not use single-use plastic bags and have nothing to put your purchases in unless you BUY a reusable grocery bag or paper bag. To me …. This is just another way to add revenue to the store’s bottom line… but it is actually a city ordinance that doesn’t allow the plastic bags to be...
