Starbucks — Restaurant in Pittsfield Charter Township

just wanted to get a drink after shopping around target yes they were a little busy but not too bad asked for a vent pink drink with 2 scoops matcha light ice and extra fruit never had a problem with ordering at any other starbucks the employee seemed to give me attitude and did not seem to want to be there neither employee seemed thrilled i get my drink to see there is matcha cold foam on top which i did not ask for i read the cup and there’s just light ice extra fruit and matcha written not “matcha cold foam” i used a gift card and now i lost out on it as they “do not give refunds” for drinks there is no sign posted anywhere that there’s no refunds and i didn’t want to deal with the employees anymore to get it re-made the whole experience made me uncomfortable and i will certainly never return to that location i am typically very patient and i’ve had a few occasions happen at starbucks before but...

Ordered an Iced Brown sugar shaken espresso thru the drive thru this morning. When I received it I drove off and within 30 seconds of driving off and taking my first sip I had turn back because there was no syrup in there. I went inside the store and let the cashier know. They remade it and before leaving the store I checked it and before tasting I stirred it with a straw and noticed the milk was curdled . I once again reported it to the same cashier and she said “that’s just how it is.” I asked her what kind of Oatmilk they used she said “oatly.” I’ve managed a Starbucks and I personally use Oatly so I know what it should look like.

I went to the Starbucks across the street in the target store and they remade it for me, and they made it correctly…no...

I arrived at this Starbucks with 15 minutes left in my lunch, and only three cars ahead of me - should have been plenty of time! I ordered a Sausage Breakfast Patty, and proceeded to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. By the time I got to the window, it had been almost 15 minutes.

Then, to add insult to injury, as soon as I pulled up, the woman said, "Oh, we're out of breakfast patties." She offered to get me another sandwich, but at this point I was going to be late getting back to work and didn't have time to decide what to get and then wait on their excruciatingly slow service. So, I left, and thanks to this place, got absolutely no food for lunch. Thanks so...
