Ben & Jerry’s — Restaurant in Pittsfield

This is my go-to ice cream place with my kids. The service is good and staff friendly, never too long lines. However, the sanitation here has a lot to be desired. The tables are never wiped down. The bathroom is absolutely DISGUSTING. Waste running down the side of the toilet, trash bin full, water all over the floor. I’m not sure it’s ever been properly cleaned in the years I’ve been coming here. I mean really awful. I can’t even let my kids use it because every surface is so filthy. It’s a tiny bathroom and would take all of 10 minutes to clean and sanitize if done regularly. I have no doubt this location would fail a health inspection. Id love to keep coming here but if your store isn’t being cleaned properly, it’s a health hazard to every customer....

I highly recommend Ben & Jerry's catering service. We booked them for a graduation party this weekend and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I communicated with Kate, and she was incredibly accommodating, patient with all of my questions and super, super responsive.
