I ate here last night around 9pm and now I have horrible, gut wrenching, I want to die, food poisoning. My whole family ate here. I had a chicken burrito with green peppers and onions, guacamole, rice and beans, and the tomato salsa. I have been up all night. I am so sick that I can't even go check on my son. Not only that, but there was a hair in my burrito, at the bottom. I should have trusted my instincts and not eaten it when i saw the guy grabbing the ingredients with his (gloved) hand instead of using the utensils to scoop them... he didn't change gloves between making our burritos. I will never go back here again. It did taste good, until I saw the hair... and got to taste it again...

As a first time visitor to the restaurant, my only suggestion to the staff would be to go through all the steps proactively (i.e. asking if I want sauce on my burrito bowl - they skipped this and I had to ask for it later), and to also point out things (I didn't receive salsa with my chips and had to ask about it, turns out there is a separate self-serve salsa station.
Perhaps they are used to serving customers who are familiar with the chain, but since I had never been before that would have brought service levels up...
Read moreHonestly, it was a bit skimpy. I've been to all the hot Harry's in Berkshire County and I don't know why but this one meticulously measures their toppings. I swear the girl making my burrito put 8 pieces of diced red onion, 6 black olive rings, I had to ask for more cilantro because she put the equivalent of 2 leaves on it.
