Absolutely Amazingly Awesome Customer Service, Not To Mention the FABULOUSLY PERSONALLY MADE COFFEE, DRINKS AND FRAPPES! Wow, it Blew Our Sockies & Scarfs Right OFF!!! We are Brand New in Town and have found Our New Home Away From Home! Thank you SOOO very much for taking your time and explaining everything in great detail to us! My son's New Favorite Coffee Place & OBVIOUSLY MINE TOO!!! Definitely have to try out if you haven't yet, you will be surprised how much more you get for the money!!! Huge "Large" drinks! I literally never bother to write reviews but their costumer service is so bad. My mom and her friend went and got 2 caramel Frappuccino’s And they ended up tasting terrible. No flavor at all just bland and watery. When she got home she told me so I called at around 6:35pm on 06/18 and the lady who responded to my call just said in order for us to get another one remade we would have to come back before 7pm or else she couldn’t do anything. The fact that they were so close to closing and they couldn’t make an exception is unbelievable. The lady on the other side didn’t ever show any type of sympathy if anything she seemed kind of mad. I have worked in costumer service since I was 16 and I know that’s not how you deal with...

I don’t like to leave bad reviews “hence the 5 stars” so I’ll say this.. the coffee isn’t terrible if you’re in a hurry. I’ve been here three times and each time I ask for a small (12 oz) latte with 2 shots of espresso. Every time, I am given a medium (16 oz) latte. This is way too much milk. If your smallest serving size is 16 oz then that should automatically be 3 espresso shots. Or just explain that you only have 16 oz cups, and make it a ‘short’ latte. I like to be able to taste my coffee. My husband gets a medium drip coffee, and it comes in a 16 oz as well. It is just okay as well. The coffee is pretty watery.
