Itsy Bitsy Play Cafe — Restaurant in Plainfield Charter Township

We rented Itsy Bitsy for my son's 9th birthday. Before the party, I messaged them with loads of questions (he's neurodivergent and very into playing/toys) because he's on the older end for a play cafe and I wanted to be sure it would be a good fit. With a winter bday in Michigan, we often end up at places like Chuck E Cheese and it's pure chaos. We liked the idea of having our own space (and not having to host in our own home) that wasn't chaotic. This place absolutely checked off all of our boxes! We decided to give this place a try today for my daughter to play and we arrived shy of 3 pm. The sign in the window said open , your website said you were open and google confirmed your hours as well. However I got there and the door was locked and the employee was mopping - not a good sign. She came to the door and said they decided to close early today. My daughter was in tears because she couldn’t play. I know it was only a half hour but you have set business hours for a reason - it was really unfortunate she didn’t allow us in given we were there within the hours of operation. Likely...

We loved spending our morning here! I have two kids 6 months and 2 years and they were both entertained the whole time. They have a lot of great larger installations as well as lots of good smaller toys. It is very clean, the owner was regularly cleaning while we were there too. The pricing is fair and competitive with the other play cafes in the area. Clear sight lines at all times. And they really thought of the babies as well!
