Dear CVS Management,
I am writing to express my deep frustration with the poor customer service I recently experienced at your store (pharmacy). The staff I encountered were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty. Rather than providing the help I needed, they rushed me through my questions, acted as if I was a burden, and made me feel entirely unwelcome.
The dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy were appalling. At no point did anyone make an effort to be polite or helpful. Instead, they treated me as if my concerns didn't matter and made it clear that they had no interest in assisting me.
Customer service should be about helping people, not rushing them out the door with a bad attitude. This experience left me feeling disrespected and incredibly disappointed with CVS. I sincerely hope you address these issues so no one else has to go through such an unpleasant experience in the future. After several experiences like this I will not be back to this pharmacy unless it's an emergency. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but the lack of respect on several occasions just got to me so I'm writing this is hopes of a change. P.S. The management of the pharmacy is downright horrendous and the entire staff completely lacks any empathy for the customers they serve. On top of this they refuse to take any ownership of their mistakes they make. Choosing rather to become combative or tell you to go elsewhere. Your medications will be delayed consistently, you will be told things never were put in for refill. The staff seems completely out of touch with insurance systems and how they work. Read moreI am not usually one to leave reviews especially bad ones but this pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The lack of professionalism is disgusting. They should never treat ANYONE the way they do but especially need to take into consideration that a majority of the people they are dealing with are sick or picking up medication to deal with an issue they are having.
