CAFFEiN — Restaurant in Plano

If you are a bigger black woman, please avoid this place as far as possible. When me and my girlfriend was ordering, the server was nice to my partner and smiled at her while he gave me a blank face and didn’t seem interested in talking to me (keep in mind i’m black and my girlfriend is white). They also assumed that i wanted a Texas Sized Cup not never asked her about the size. They made her drink fast and got our food, but they didn’t make my order. If anything, i could have sworn i saw one of the servers making their own drink before mine. That was when we realized that’s something wasn’t right. I went to the front and asked if my drink was ready and one of them said that it will be made soon, but in reality they never put my drink in the order from the start. I even explained what drink i wanted from the very start. When the workers overheard me giving a bad review, i’m assuming the manager came over to us and gave us a “free” shaved snow. They really tried to make it up with a shaved snow, but of course i didn’t eat it. Overall, this is my own personal experience and I’m very disappointed because the place looks absolutely beautiful and the food was good. Kind of sad how the cafe looked put together but...

the malaysian chicken bento was literally SOOOO good the chicken was so nice and tender, truly melted in my mouth there was a nice spice but i wish that it could’ve been a tiny bit more spicier, however the owner mentioned that a lot of ppl thought the original spice was really spicy so they lowered the spice. still, the curry was such a nice flavor, so much depth

the caramel milk tea is truly great, not too sweet and is perfect with the boba !

the owner is also REALLY nice, was truly so accommodating and really want what’s best for the customer, so she reaches out and asks for feedback, which is something that i love and appreciate !

i can’t wait for their full opening so that i can try their full menu and i’ll def be bringing my friends here to study, the vibes are...

I came across a post from the Dallas Chinese group regarding a newly opened tea establishment located next to my apartment. I decided to give it a try and ordered a variety of teas and fries. My favorite was the winter melon tea with grass jelly and pudding. Additionally, the fries, although simple in appearance, were enhanced by the seasoning. I eagerly anticipate the availability of their other appetizers. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tracy, who is exceptionally nice and friendly. She remembered me on my second visit. Over the course of two weeks, I have visited the establishment six times, and it has become my preferred spot to relax and unwind. I intend to introduce more people to her establishment.
