** Disappointing customer service; refusal to remake two wrong orders. Rainy day BOGO and location were the only reasons I checked it out, now wouldn't recommend others coming here.

It looks like this is the third one star review in a row in three days so something's clearly off. I rarely give 1 star reviews especially to local businesses, but I feel robbed. If you're braving the rain to snag a deal just to get the wrong order and refusal to make it right, it becomes a net negative experience.

On my second trip here with the wife, we ordered two grilled milk teas swapping the coffee jelly for boba, but ended up with two coffee drinks with boba. Told the worker about the wrong order who said they can't remake the drinks.

It's very unlikely we would put in the wrong order both times.

If it was busy and we were asking for a new drink just because we didn't like what we ordered, I'd understand the refusal. But this was a Friday afternoon, we were the only customers in the store, and we simply didn't get what we were trying to order.

I imagine it wouldn't cost the business much at all the redo an order that was incorrectly made. Even if it costed them a few dollars, they could have easily made it back by earning two returning customers. We live super close by and could have made this our regular spot.

Coffee drink tasted like cheap coffee from a dispenser with boba thrown in. Grilled milk tea was better. Threw out both our drinks.

We saw they revoked the rainy order deal recently then brought it back suddenly. I'm guessing their business has been slow and I can definitely see why. With all the other options around, they need to step it up or it'll be hard for...

The drinks are great!!!!! The awkward experience was with the short hair young lady at the front. As a first time customer I don’t know what to order so I want to order there onsite. I made a big order of 20 drinks for all of my staff. I think for every business the bigger the number the better in my opinion. As she was preparing my order she told me to call in my order because she can’t let her walkin customer with small order wait a long time (said it with an attitude). At this point I haven’t complain about anything what soever and that statement came from her just made me feel terrible. Am I not a customer? I thought it was real rude from her. As a business owner I understand the difficulties of owning and running a business so I just want to voice out and let the owner know to improve their customer service and not wanting to kill their ratings with a low star rating. To customers their drinks are great just need better...

I’m an avid boba enjoyer who’s been here 3x in one week already. Safe to say, this is a great boba spot for milk tea and fruit tea enthusiasts. I’ve tried the grill (roasted) milk tea, Thai lime tea, and kiwi green tea. All 3 at 30% sugar and less ice. They’re flavored just as you’d imagine them. The grill milk tea is a roasted black milk tea (albeit more on the milky side than tea side). The Thai lime tea is strongly limed flavor. The kiwi green tea is similar to Sharetea’s kiwi fruit tea, but less sweet.

I enjoy how you can taste the tea — it’s not watered down and there are actual fruit bits in the fruit drinks (not syrupy like some other boba spots).

The place is a little small, so it’s not a great hang out and chill spot, but if you want a grab and go boba place, this is it. Oh, and the prices are actually lower than the other boba...
