Terrible service!! AVOID THIS PLACE. I called to order my food and told the person in the phone I was going to pick it up at a specific time (close to an hour until I got there) i think that was enough time for my food to be ready, when I got there the lady at the bar area and the server they both ignore me, I told the lady at the bar that I was there to pick up food and she just pointed at the server and that’s it.. I told the server I was there for the food and she ignore me again and then told me to wait. I waited like 30+ minutes for a food that I ordered an hour ago and told the person on the phone the pick up time and she was fine with that, when I went to pay at the register the lady at the bar was so rude!! She literally slammed my hand while taking my card and gave me attitude. LONG WAIT, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! Would never be coming back, I used to love this place but...

I would give negative stars if there was one. Worst experience ever. If you don't know how to treat the customer well, better be away from customer service business. And, customers if you do not speak Spanish, stay away from this place. When i first entered, there was no one who could speak spanish properly. The waitress who couldn't speak English gets mad at me for me not able to speak spanish.I asked for water and then she brought me water in a beer glass, which probably looked like they never washed that glass from last night. Food was OK. I had to go to the counter to ask for check. And, that same waitress brought a printed receipt and threw that in the table. This place...

Everyone here is incredibly kind and patient with my Spanish, which seems like it came from a five-minute crash course. I love the atmosphere. And I can't forget about Jesús, the master DJ who not only plays the best music to dance to but also organizes karaoke and sings. Jesús is the best.
