She was attentive without being pushy, and genuinely interested in helping me find pieces that fit both my style and needs. You can tell that attention to detail and durability are top priorities here. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable she was, offering great advice and narrowing down items for me from their huge catalog.

Delivery was smooth and the setup crew handled everything with care. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. This is the second time I shop at Canales Furniture (been about 6 years, different location) and both times have been great. I did enjoy this visit more since Stephany gave me her undivided attention for hours, which is customer service at its best! Angel really deserves a big promotion This young lady was very knowledgeable of the product and walked me thru several furniture sets to include Bedrooms Living Rooms and Dining rooms and patient as I have ever experienced! Very soft spoken yet professional demeanor that is scarce in these days I totally will spend my money in this store just because she acknowledged me and provided the old customer service with a great personality and service Angels name exudes her customer service and I am completely content as a new approved customer!!!
