UPDATE: In response to your comment on my review and obvious lack of customer service and accountability.

We stayed in our vehicle and at no time did we expect our food in 5 minutes. We waited patiently for about 40 minutes for our 2 tacos and 4 tamales when we decided to call and see if maybe our order got lost. The complaint was your obvious lack of customer service and not the wait. We stayed in our vehicle during the transaction. There were no signs stating to wear our mask in our car otherwise we would have gladly done so. You sir do not know how to talk to people kindly or treat them as they are welcomed at your establishment. Wish you the best. Good luck.

I use to really enjoy eating here. I have been coming for over a decade and I've finally decided no more. The customer service is what lacks the most. The owner or white male thats usually takes our order is just so rude with his lack of customer service. He genuinely could care less if you ate there or not. Worst tamales I've ever tried ! For something called such a name I expected something such as good. I went here around 2:00PM and wasn't attended until 2:10PM as I waited in the designated "To-Go Area." I ordered 3 chicken & 3 Pork tamales with the total being about $8 , later around 2:20PM I was finally given my order. To my surprise, the tamales were dry and so small. The meat looked unappealing. The tamales tasted like the kind you can buy from the frozen aisle at Wal-Mart. I tried giving this place a try but was let down. Never coming here again. This was the first time I saw a tortilla factory around my neighborhood so I was really excited to check it out. Our excitement quickly faded when we weren’t even acknowledged by the worker. The food itself is over priced and after tying their tortillas they tasted old and like they have been in the fridge for a while. When we asked the guy if they had fresher options he was quick to get defensive and claimed this were fresh enough.
